The Hotchkiss' Party:
Every one is having a good time at the party except Ethan and Ivy! Ethan is wanting to tell Gwen he is calling off the wedding but again things stand in his way -- including Gwen's mother - Rebecca. She knows Ethan is going to call off the wedding and she tell him he cannot do this until she tells him he can! Rebecca calls Theresa telling her how Ethan and Gwen are such a good couple pledging their love for each other! Theresa is in a panic. She tells Whitney she has to get to that party. Whitney tries to talk Theresa out of going but naturally she is not successful. When Rebecca notices that Theresa has arrived at the party, she gathers everyone around and says Ethan has an announcement to make. Ethan is put on the spot. Rebecca take out a poem the Ethan wrote to Gwen on Valentine's Day and reads it to the crowd. Gwen professes her love for Ethan and not knowing what to do, Ethan does the same. Theresa sees this and realizes that it is over between her and Ethan forever! Rebecca has that glare of satisfaction in her eyes. Ivy visits the bar a lot during the party. She is really tying one on! She feels she should be with Sam celebrating the marriage of their son. She tells Pilar to go get the papers proving Ethan is Sam's son so she can show and prove it to Sam. Pilar goes home to get the papers and wonders if she should burn them. Ivy has a tender moment with Ethan. She tells him she could forgive him anything if it had to do with true live. Ethan tells her the same thing. Ivy runs into Eve and Eve asks her if she is drunk. She tells Eve she is tired of pretending Ethan is not Sam's son and she wants Sam back. She is rather loud and several people over hear her outbursts ~ including Sam and Eve. TC also hears Ivy and everyone is wondering why Ivy is so upset. TC is talking to a guest at the party and she remembers him as a tennis player. She asks him why he never continued with his career and TC tells her the story of how Julian ruined his career for him. Julian admits he does not have a clue what TC is talking about and try's to get as far away from TC as possible.

Tabitha/Timmy/The Teens:
The spirits are flying high at the ruins of the original settlement of Harmony. Charity is in a trance and sees the spirits in the flame of the fire. They keep repeating "The witch must burn. Burn witch, burn!" Tabitha soon sees the spirits and tries to get the gang to go home. Strange things start to happen and Reese is confused as the weather report called for a beautiful evening. Kay gets herself ready to spend a night with Miguel. She spreads on the lip gloss and takes out a condom. Simone thinks she is going to get her heart broken as she knows Miguel does not love her. Miguel is worried about Charity and wants to keep a close eye on her so he asks Reese to help him out. They are going to change sleeping positions and Reese will sleep where Miguel is supposed to sleep ... Kay is in for another surprise!

Luis & Sheridan:
Luis and Sheridan are in Pat's house and Luis knows the midwife will not be able to make it on time to deliver the baby. He gets ready to do the delivery himself and asks Sheridan to help him. She tells Luis she cannot do that. Being trained to deliver babies, Luis does it himself. The baby is born. Sheridan rocks the baby in the living room as Luis is cleaning up. Sheridan is singing "Hush Little Baby" in a voice so beautiful you would think it was an angel singing. Luis comes in and sees this and tells Sheridan if she ever thought she had no instincts as a mother to think again; she is a natural!

Tuesday, October 3, 2000 | Episode #323
The Harmony Ruins:
Things are really heating up at the original site of the settlement of Harmony. The spirits of the ancestors are out of their graves and repeat over and over to Tabitha and Timmy; "BURN WITH, BURN". Tabitha finally has had enough and tells them all off. The spirits quickly fly to their graves and Tabitha knows there is nothing they can do to her as long as Charity is not around. Tabitha had a flash back to 300 years earlier when they tied her and Timmy to the stake to burn them for witch craft. At that time she put a curse on all the residence of Harmony. She is having fun telling them what that curse means in this modern day and how the curse will soon come to light in their modern day ancestors. Kay finally makes her move to sleep with Miguel. She cuddles close to him and tells him she always loved him and she wants him. To her surprise, it is not Miguel she is talking to at all but Reese. When he sees the condom, he grabs Kay in his arms and starts kissing her. Kay runs off in disgust. Simone find the adventure rather funny and is doubled over laughing at the situation. Reese thinks what he just experiences is all a dream. When he see the condom, he realizes it was not dream. He tells Kay she really aroused him and he is ready for her. Kay of course is turned off. Kay tells Simone she is not giving up on getting Miguel. Charity wakes up from a dream. She sees Tabitha and Timmy burning at the stake. As if sleep walking, Charity gets up and approaches Tabitha and her doll. She repeats over and over; "Thou art a witch. Thou are evil." When Charity comes upon Tabitha and Timmy, the spirits ask Charity to use her powers of goodness and save them. They descend upon Tabitha continuing to chant; DIE WITCH DIE! Miguel wants the others to help him find Charity. He say she is probably sleep walking. Kay tells Simone she hopes Charity falls down one of the old mine shafts and slides straight to hell!

The Hotchkiss Mansion:
Ivy wants to tell Sam he is Ethan's father. She sends Pilar home to get the papers that will prove it. While home, Pilar meets with the priest and she asks him what she should do. Father tells her the situation is really too explosive and she could end up destroying peoples lives with the information Ivy has. He tells Pilar she will do the thing that is right and feels right to her. Father feels there is great pain coming to Harmony. Pilar returns to the party and did not bring the papers. Ivy is upset but decides to go ahead any way and tell Sam he is Ethan's father. Ethan and Gwen are dancing. After the dance, Chad and Ethan talk about the situation that is too explosive. Ethan tells Chad he is glad Theresa is not here to see what is going on. He tries to call Theresa on his cell phone but he only gets her answering machine. He wonders where Theresa could be. Theresa wants to leave and as she and Whitney are about to leave, Rebecca comes to her. She tells Theresa it looks like she has been crying. She tells her she knows she is touched by Ethan and Gwen's happiness. She tells Theresa how perfect they are together. She also apologizes to Theresa telling her she was mistaken about her but she did hear Ethan talking with his law buddies about a girl he was seeing and using like the hounds the Crane men really are. She told Theresa Ethan told the tramp he was going to call off the wedding for the slut. She tells Theresa she is so over joyed she is all a part of this wonderful occasion. Theresa breaks down when Rebecca leaves and Whitney tells Theresa that Rebecca is just an evil person. Julian is having fun at the party. As is his custom, he is drinking right out of a bottle. He comes upon Grace and Sam and asks if they are having a good time. Grace thanks him and then Julian sees TC. He quickly backs away. Grace tells Eve, TC and Sam they must have misjudged the Cranes. They should all be having fun at the party and not let their hatred for them get in the way of the fun they are having at the party. Pilar tells Eve to help her as Ivy is about to tell Sam he is Ethan's father. Eve knows if the secret comes out about Ethan, her past secrets will come out as well. She has to think fast to stop Ivy from making a terrible mistake. Sam appears to be leaving the party when Ivy comes up to him and tells him she wants to tell her something...

Wednesday, October 4, 2000 | Episode #324
Ivy pulls Sam aside to tell him he's Ethan father, but Ethan interrupts. Ivy becomes emotional having Sam and Ethan together. Ethan asks her why she's crying.

Chad is surprised to find Whitney at the party. Whitney blasts Ethan for hurting Theresa, much to Chad's confusion. Whitney swears off love and Chad tries to reach out to her. Whitney rebuffs him as she remembers Kay's story about him getting a girl pregnant.

Theresa is in tears, having believed Rebecca's lie about Ethan telling friends he was using her for just a fling. Rebecca pretends to be sympathetic while further manipulating Theresa's perception of Ethan. She slyly makes Theresa believe Ethan plans to stay with Gwen. Meanwhile, Pilar becomes suspicious when Ethan tells her Rebecca knows about him and Theresa and wants him to wait until after the party to tell Gwen the wedding is off.

Miguel worries when Charity turns up missing from the campsite. Meanwhile, a sleepwalking Charity and the spirits of the original Harmony settlers close in on Tabitha and Timmy. Charity magically chains Tabitha and Timmy to stakes and moves to light a torch. Tabitha tries to talk Charity out of killing them. Charity hesitates. Suddenly, the ghosts and the chains disappear right as Miguel and the others show up. Miguel wakes Charity from her sleepwalking state. Tabitha and Timmy worry Charity will remember everything that happened. Charity suddenly points to Tabitha and identifies her as a witch.

Thursday, October 5, 2000 | Episode #325
The Harmony Ruins:
Simone, Kay, Miguel, Charity and Reese are all sleeping soundly. Tabitha desperately needs to get the pendant back from Reese so she can somehow put it back on Charity. If Charity turns evil, then Tabitha and Timmy will be safe and the group will not find out about her secret that is in a mystery box found some where at the site! Timmy crawls over to get the pendant from a sleeping Reese. Suddenly Reese wakes and starts shouting "You are alive! Tabitha's doll is alive!" This wakes everyone up. Charity tells everyone she can explain what is going on. While Tabitha and Timmy look worried, Charity tells the others that Reese cannot see well without his glasses. Reese agrees but wonders how the doll got next to him. Miguel tells them he thought he saw the doll walking the other day but tributes that to a faulty motor in the "doll"! Tabitha and Timmy were so happy that they were not discovered. Tabitha is still anxious over getting that pendant back and wishes she had her powers. Timmy ask her why she needs her powers when she has him and he produces the pendant! He did manage to get it away from Reese. Now, they have to get it back on Charity! Tabitha goes and wakes up Kay. She tells her it is time they have a chat about Miguel. She told Kay she knows she still has eyes for Miguel. She tell her to take him for a walk and tell him how she feels. Kay agrees but says she will do it in the morning! Tabitha tells her she should do it now as it is a beautiful moon lit night and a perfect time for romance! Kay goes to wake Miguel. She asked him if he remembered the time he said if she ever needed to talk, he would be there for her. Miguel agrees to the walk and leaves to go for a walk with Kay. Tabitha now knows it is time to get that pendant back on Charity and she sends Timmy to do the dirty work ~ again! Miguel asks Kay what she wants to talk to him about and she asks him if he ever watched a movie where the girl likes a guy and how hard it is to tell him even after she did everything to reel him in? Miguel tells Kay he knows what she is talking about and feels the same way but before he has a chance to say anything else, Kay kisses him on the lips! Timmy and Tabitha are wondering why Charity is still sleeping like an angel after Timmy has put the pendant on her. Suddenly, Charity wakes up as evil Charity and tells them that things are going to happen tonight and the first thing is Tabitha and Timmy are going to die!

The Hotchkiss Mansion:
Ivy seeks out Pilar and tells her she was right about the papers and not bringing them to her as she had requested. Rebecca is please that she has upset Theresa about her story of Ethan using her and calls the airport and tells them to give Theresa a ticket to any where in the world she wants to go as well as a very generous credit line. She wants it put on her personal account so no one will find out she is behind Theresa's leaving. Rebecca asks Gwen how she is doing and if she is having fun. Gwen says she is indeed having a ball and wonders if Rebecca is having fun. She tells her he is really having so much, much fun. Ethan and Chad are talking. Ethan is angry that he has not yet told Gwen the wedding is off. He tells Chad he is going to tell Gwen and then go find Theresa, hold her and tell her how much she really means to him. Theresa is still stinging from overhearing Ethan talk to Chad and overhearing the fact that he was using women like his father! She tells Whitney Ethan used her because it was the way of the Crane men. She is devastated. She tells Whitney she really loved him and he only was using her and playing her for a fool. She vows she never wants to see Ethan again. Julian comes upon Pilar and Ivy as they are talking. He tells them Ethan is doing well and he is proud of Ethan. He says Ethan is expanding the Crane empire despite their farce of a marriage. He is proud that Ethan is a Crane and a true chip off the old block. Ivy reiterated to Pilar that Julian can never find out that Ethan is not his real son. Julian is dancing with one of the bridesmaids and his cell phone rings. It is Alistair. He tells Julian to stop hitting on the bridesmaids and watch out for Rebecca as he is sure something is not right. Ethan is determined to tell Gwen that there is no agreement between them. Whitney tells Theresa she has heard things about Julian Crane before and how he fools around with other women. She really though Ethan was different. Theresa tells her once again Ethan only used her and threw her away. Ethan finally finds Gwen and tells her she has to listen to what he has to say. Rebecca interrupts him and says she will tell Gwen since she is her mother. Rebecca struggles to say something and finally says that Ethan bought the bridesmaid gifts. Gwen is so thankful as it is a detail she over looked. She runs off to get them and Ethan glares at Rebecca and asks her what the hell did she just do? She tells Ethan it is not the right time to tell Gwen the wedding is off. Ethan tells Rebecca if she does not end the party now, he will. Julian is hitting on the bridesmaid again. Alistair calls him and repeats everything Julian said to her. He tells Julian not to let Rebecca cause any trouble. They need the billions of dollars coming through from the merger when Ethan and Gwen are married and Julian is responsible to see that nothing is mucked up. Whitney questions Theresa about why Rebecca would be so nice to her. Theresa explains the she is feeling sorry for her because Ethan used her. She tells Whitney she is going to get out of Harmony and she cannot stop her. Whitney tells her she cannot leave and if she tries, she will go to Luis and tell him everything that has been going on between her and Ethan. While Theresa and Whitney are talking, Ethan calls and leaves a message on Theresa's answering machine. Theresa gets her hopes up again that Ethan really does love her but is crushed when she hears the bridesmaids in the back ground screaming "Ethan and Gwen forever"! Theresa cries and tells Whitney she has been so wrong about him. He has just been using her for his fun at her expense. She tells Whitney she is going to leave again. Whitney tells her as her best friend she will tell Luis and her mother. She begs her not to trust Rebecca. Theresa starts to pack the suitcase that contains Ethan's birth certificate and other information Ivy gave Pilar for safe keeping. Theresa then gives into Whitney and says she will not give Ethan the satisfaction by leaving town. She tells Whitney she will be all right and just wants to go to bed and sleep. When Theresa opens her closet and sees a picture of Ethan on the inside door, she rips it apart and starts crying again. Rebecca finds Ivy and tells her they have a problem. Ethan has fallen for the housekeepers daughter and is about to call off the wedding. The bridesmaids have taken Gwen away again and Ethan tells Chad Rebecca had better stop the party or he will. Theresa now alone in her room, says he does indeed have to get away for a while. She starts to pack the suit case and then discovers the papers. She thinks they are there as Ivy wanted to make a memory book for Ethan and just forgot. She says none of it matters but then she sees the birth certificate and pictures. She finds a picture of Sam and on the back is written Ethan's father. She is confused and then she reads the accompanying letter. She realizes that Ethan is Sam Bonnet's son and not Julian Cranes...

Pat's House:
Pat is holding her new baby and she thanks Luis and Sheridan for doing all the work! She tells them they make a great team and knows there is something between them. She asks them to kiss each other so they can get past what ever is between them. They stall and she tells them to get on with it! She asks them what is keeping them apart and they both tell her at the same time it is a long story. Luis goes to the living room to check on the other children and Pat asks Sheridan if she loves Luis or not. She wants a straight yes or no answer. Sheridan tells Pat she needs someone who she can trust, who is strong, confident, who she can count on, who will not let anything come between them and who could be a great father to her children. Pat tells Sheridan she just describes Luis to a T! Sheridan tells Pat she cannot trust Luis. Pat tells her she is a good judge of folks and she says Luis is fine. She asks Sheridan if she can get past what ever it is she has against Luis and trust him. She tells her, her whole life will be a bore if she has to go through it without the man she loves. Sheridan answers she does not think she could ever trust Luis. In the living room, Luis is telling Pat's children a story of a princess and a cop. He changes the word cop to knight when the boy says he is a cop and in fairy tales there are knights! He tells them how the princess crashed her horse into the knights horse and how they went on a date, had a good time but there was always something stupid going on from keeping them together! He said there was no magic trick that would keep them together! The little girl started crying and her brother told Luis she was sad because all fairy tales are supposed to have a happy ending. He tells Luis he has to fix the ending to the story so his sister will be happy. He continues to tell Luis that the knight should love the princess regardless. Sheridan comes in as they are talking about the story and knows he is really telling the children the story about them! She tells the children she knows the story and asks Luis to confirm this!

The Harmony Ruins:
Miguel and Kay are together and Miguel tells Kay he knows why she kissed him. He told her he was proud that she is not scared to let her true feeling show. He tells her best friends sometimes could become lovers but for him Charity came along so it is out of the question for him to fall in love with his best friend who is Kay. He tells Kay Charity is the girl of his dreams. He also told her he is glad that Reese found the girl of his dreams ~ that being Kay. He told Kay that is why she kissed him as she wanted to show Miguel how full of love she was for Reese. He told Kay he was so happy she found someone that makes her so happy and that she told him her feelings for Reese! When Miguel goes back to camp Kay is infuriated that it is all Charity's fault that she does not stand a chance with Miguel. Tabitha and Timmy are with Charity. Tabitha is trying to convince evil Charity that there is really no need to kill her and Timmy. She asks her to please give them another chance. Evil Charity says NO WAY as they are always screwing things up. Tabitha tells her if she wants to get rid of them to just go ahead and she will have to deal with the spirit of the goodie goodies. She also tells evil Charity not to forget about the box. Evil Charity asks where it is and states that the box must not be found. Timmy wants to know what is in the box and Tabitha tells him what is inside of it represents everything that is good. If the box is found good will win and evil will not longer reign in Harmony. Suddenly, Charity is in a fight between the forces of good and evil trying to take over her person. Tabitha hope that good Charity is too weak to let the forces of good win. Tabitha reminds evil Charity that they must win and that they have to get rid of Miguel so the box is not found. She tells Charity to go to one of the empty mine shafts and call Miguel. Miguel hears Charity calling for him and Tabitha tells him in which direction Charity went. Miguel follows the sound of her voice. Evil Charity drops her scarf and Miguel finds it. He keeps trying to find Charity. Suddenly a forceful wind come up and pushes Miguel towards and empty mine shaft. Miguel calls out in desperation for Charity. It is evil Charity who is making the wind blow. Miguel calls out in desperation and he falls down an old mine shaft ... Back at the site, Kay is back in her sleeping bag. She tells herself it is no use; as long as charity is around, Miguel will never see her as a woman. Tabitha begins laughing and tells Timmy Miguel may never see her as anything any more if Charity manages to get him in a mine shaft!

The Hotchkiss Mansion:
The pre wedding party continues. Alistair calls Julian once again and Julian reassures Alistair that the wedding will go ahead as planned. Rebecca tells Ivy Ethan is going to call off the wedding. Ivy almost laughs in Rebecca's face and tells her not to be ridiculous. Rebecca assures her it is true. Ivy cannot conceive that Ethan would so such a thing. Ethan is preparing to tell Gwen the wedding is off and as he beings to talk to Gwen, Chief Bennett shows up and tells Gwen Grace lost a pearl earring and wonders if anyone has found it. Gwen tells him she will make sure the cleaning staff search for it and the earring will be returned to Grace. Ethan flies into Sam telling him he screws things up all the time! Sam tells Ethan to back off and not to get in his face. He only wants his wife's earring back. Rebecca tells Ivy if she does not believe her about Ethan calling off the wedding to look at Pilar. Julian arrives upon the scene and asks what is wrong. Ivy is going to confront Pilar about Ethan being in love with Theresa. She tells Julian to ask Rebecca what is wrong. Julian tells Rebecca she can't be serious about Ethan calling off the wedding. She tells Julian she is very serious. Julian is worried as Alistair is on his way to Harmony as they are speaking! Ivy asks Pilar to tell her what Rebecca told her in not true. Pilar tells Ivy she tried to stop her children and have nothing to do with the Cranes but there was nothing she could do. Ivy tells Pilar that Ethan will not cancel the wedding. He may not be a Crane but he will walk down the aisle and she will make damned sure he becomes involved with the Hotchkiss'! Ivy is madder than HELL! Once again Alistair calls. He is extremely mad at Julian. Rebecca talks to Alistair and tells him this situation is all Julian's fault as he wanted Ethan to sleep with Theresa before the wedding. Alistair asks Rebecca where Theresa is now and Rebecca tells him she hopes she is out of the country as she left an airplane ticket and money for her to get away. Rebecca tells Julian that the business merger between the Crane and Hotchkiss empires will never take place unless Ethan and Gwen get married tomorrow! Alistair tells Julian to put pressure on Ethan to make sure he marries Gwen or Julian is going to loose more than the Crane empire. Gwen is now with Ethan and she tells him to sneak in her room tonight and they can talk all they want. Ethan tells her they have to talk now. Ivy is worried that her whole life will be a waste if Ethan does not marry Gwen. she asks Pilar to go home and get the papers showing Ethan is not Julia's son. She knows if anyone ever finds out her secret there is no future for Ethan. She tells Ivy to rush home and get the papers so she can destroy them. Ivy thinks about what could happen if the truth gets out and she faints. Sam who is on his way out, catches her. Julian and Rebecca take Ethan away from Gwen saying they have to talk to him. Julian tells him it is about his grandfather and Ethan believes there is something wrong with Alistair. Julian tells Ethan not to call off the wedding. Rebecca tells Ethan she is so worried about her poor little Gwen and she would probably kill herself if the wedding was called off. She tells him he would have to live with the guilt of her death for the rest of his life. Julian tells Ethan calling off the wedding will kill Alistair! Same tells Ivy and Pilar he has to leave and return back to his wife and family. Ivy asks Sam to stop being antagonistic towards Ethan. Sam says Ethan started the argument. Ivy then asks him what he would do if Ethan's name was not a Crane. Sam tells her Ethan is a true Crane and he knows it by the way Ethan acts. Ivy asks Sam for a kiss on the cheek for good luck. Alistair is angry with Julian that he told Ethan to watch Theresa. He says anything that wiggles its ass is infatuation for Julian! Alistair wants to talk to Ethan. He tells Ethan he has an obligation to the Cranes. Ethan replies he wants to be a Crane so Alistair reminds him to do the right thing so he will not have to disown him. Ethan is really feeling the pressure now! Ethan questions the seriousness behind Alistair's statement. Alistair reassures him he is very serious. Ethan says he has been agonizing over Theresa for weeks and he is going to do what his mind is set on. Ivy appeals to Ethan. She begs him to please marry Gwen for her sake. Ivy is their last hope to get through to Ethan as they know Ethan will listen to his mother ... but will he...?

Theresa:
Theresa has discovered the secret about who Ethan really is. She wonders who knows and she is sure Ivy knows for sure. She is pretty sure Julian does not know nor does Same know Ethan is not a Crane. Theresa finally agreed with Luis that the only people she really hates are the Cranes. She tells herself Ivy has used Ethan for her own purposes. She is sure Ivy things there are no obstacles standing in her way. Thinking logically, Theresa knows she has to have proof that Ethan is not a Crane and the only way she can have this proof is if she scans the papers on her lap top computer. She is sure with the right proof, Ivy will have to let Ethan cancel the wedding. Theresa is not going to take any of this lying down. She vows she will tell everyone Ethan is Sam Bennett's son. She knows Ethan will marry her for sure if he is not a Crane. Theresa knows the papers came through for her as a rescue to get Ethan back. She decides to call Chief Bennett but he is not at home and she tells Grace she will call back later. Theresa decides to get dressed and go wait for Sam Bennett to tell and show him proof he is Ethan's father. Suddenly the door bell rings. Theresa answers it and there is Chief Bennett stopping by to see Luis.

Monday, October 9, 2000 | Episode #327
The Harmony Ruins:
Things are really in the ruins at the old Harmony village site today! Timmy asks Tabitha why Kay is always so mean and snarky. Tabitha tells Timmy it is due to the fact that Kay always figured she had a chance with Miguel. Tabitha feels the vibes in the air and tells Timmy that her plan of finally getting rid of Miguel is working. Evil Charity managed to blow Miguel down the mine shaft. We see him at the bottom of the mine shaft, motionless and do not know if he is alive or dead. Tabitha is excited as she knows her powers will be restored if Miguel is in fact dead and if Charity comes over to the dark side. Suddenly we hear Evil Charity say "WRONG AGAIN." Evil Charity tells Timmy and Tabitha they are about to be killed as well as they are a disgrace to the dark side. She tells Timmy and Tabitha to prepare to join Miguel in the depths of the earth. Charity is fighting over the good and evil forces. Tabitha hopes the good side will win out as she and Timmy will not be killed after all. Tabitha knows they are going to have to protect themselves if evil Charity wins the war. To help her win the battle, Tabitha goes and wakes Kay. She wants Kay to go find Miguel. Timmy wants to know why Kay is going to look for Miguel and Tabitha explains it is to do away with evil Charity. The fight over good and evil for Charity's soul continues. Miguel slowly awakes. He gets up in the mine shaft and is too weak and he falls down again. Kay comes across Charity and catches the display between good and evil. Charity decides she has to kill Kay as well as Miguel. Kay asks Charity why her eyes are such a funny orange color. Charity explains her eyes are that color due to the glow from the pendant. Evil Charity blows Kay into the shaft. Kay manages to hang on to the rafters and Charity steps in and walks on Kay's fingers. Kay falls into the shaft near Miguel. Evil Charity apologizes in a sarcastic sort of way and says "... ooops; sorry about that!" Tabitha is desperate. She knows she has to get rid of evil Charity. She charges evil Charity and shoves her down the shaft. WE hear Charity scream as she is falling in the mine shaft.

Luis/Sheridan:
Luis and Sheridan return to the cottage. They are both exhausted. Luis tells Sheridan he could not have delivered Pat's baby without her and all her support. He told her how proud he was of her that she was able to get though the evening especially because of the history she had with her mother dying shortly after child birth. Luis tells Sheridan she was great with the new baby. Sheridan asks Luis if this was the first baby he delivered. He tells her it was indeed his first and hopefully his last. Sheridan gets up to go change and Luis catches her as she is about to fall. Sam and Luis are talking on the phone. Luis tells Sam about the delivery of the baby and Sam tells Luis it sounds like he is falling for Sheridan again. He reminds Luis she is a Crane and not to get involved. He tells Luis the best part of the wedding party was saying good-bye! He was wondering why Ivy was worked up. He then realized he too would be worked up if his son would be getting married. Luis asks him if he is referring to his son Noah. Sam answers "of course, he is the only son I have!" Sheridan questions Luis about Sam warning him about her family. Luis tells her Sam told him to keep a professional distance away from her. Luis asks her if tonight had really changed anything. Luis tells Sheridan tonight marked something really important in his life. He says he really envies Ethan as he is about to start a new life. Sheridan tells Luis he would really like Ethan if he knew him. Luis admits perhaps he was wrong about Ethan! Sam shows up at the cottage. He tells Luis to do what is asked of him and not get emotionally involved with Sheridan. Luis admits that Sheridan gets to him like no one else. He then tells Sam he can't become involved with Sheridan as she does not trust him and he does not trust her. Sam tells Luis every time he sees Ethan Crane, he gets to him more and more. Luis tells Sam that Sheridan is a very beautiful woman but he will not fall for her.

The Hotchkiss Mansion:
Ivy is once again begging Ethan to go through with the marriage and marry Gwen in the morning. Ethan replies that he loves Theresa. Ivy screams out in fear. She admits it is all her fault that Ethan fell in love with Ethan as she influenced Ethan to spend so much time with Theresa. Alistair who is on the phone tells Julian he will hold both Julian and Ivy responsible if Ethan does not marry Gwen. Rebecca is telling Ethan they knew he would marry Gwen ever since the first time he met Gwen. Julian, Ivy and Rebecca are putting words in Ethan's mouth. they are relaxing now that they seem to think the wedding will indeed go ahead. Ethan tells them he means what he said and he is not going to marry Gwen. Rebecca asks Ethan how could he stab Gwen in the heart? Ethan wants to talk to Ivy alone. He asks his mother why does she not what him to follow his heart. He asks her if she remembers her first long and continues to say he does not want to look back years from now and wonder "what if." He tells him mother he needs time to think and asks her if she wished she had had some time to think her future over all those years ago. Ethan explains to Ivy he did not see falling in love coming! Theresa allows him to be free. Ivy is disgusted and tells Ethan she cannot see Theresa as his first lady should he become president of the United States. She continues to tell him she is nothing but the house keepers daughter and even though she is not trying to be a bigot, she knows Theresa will never fit in. Alistair speaks to Ethan on the phone. He tells him very sternly that his plans for him includes him having Gwen at his side. Julian and Rebecca tell Ethan to marry Gwen and continue seeing Theresa on the side. Every one is clutching at straws trying to get Ethan and Gwen to marry in the morning! Gwen appears on the scene and wants to know what is going on. Rebecca tells her they need to go over the plans for the wedding tomorrow. Gwen tells her mother nothing needs to be reviewed and wants to be alone with Ethan so he can tell her what he has been dying to tell her for days! Alone at last, Gwen reminds Ethan of the sport where they first kissed and the big tree where Ethan carved their initials. Ethan tells her he has to talk to her about the wedding. Alistair tells Julian his plane is about to land in Harmony and the mess about the wedding had better be cleared up before he does land. Ethan tells Gwen there is no easy way to tell her what he wants to tell her and finally says ... I'M CALLING OFF THE WEDDING!

Theresa:
Theresa is alone with chief Bennett. She asks the chief if he believes in fate as she hold the letter that says he is Ethan Crane's father. She tells Sam he has to talk to him about Ethan. Sam tells her the Cranes are all bad news and Ethan is just as bad as his father Julian. He tells her it is in Ethan's blood to act cold. At that moment, Pilar enters, returning from the party. Sam tells her he is looking for Luis. While Sam is talking to Luis on the phone, Pilar notices Theresa has the letter that was hidden in the suitcase. Theresa asks her mother how could she let Ethan be raised as a Crane when it was a Bennett. Pilar explains to her daughter that it is not her secret to tell. Theresa tells Pilar she is going to tell Ethan he is not a Crane tomorrow at the wedding in front of everyone. Pilar tells her she cannot announce this news. Theresa tells her mother Ethan could do anything he choose if he knew he was a normal person and she has the proof to show he is normal. Pilar tells Theresa exactly what would happen if Ethan did read the letter she was holding. She tells Theresa Ethan is a Crane in all the ways that matters and he would end up hating her if she blurted out the news that he wasn't. Pilar tells Theresa she would hurt him most if he was told he was not a Crane. She explained that Ivy made the choice to keep this a secret years ago. She also tells Theresa that perhaps Ethan does not love her as much as he loves Gwen. Theresa tells her mother she was at the party and Rebecca offered her a plane ticket to go anywhere in the world. Pilar is angry with Rebecca. She persuades Theresa to forget telling Sam or Ethan and she will speak to Rebecca in the morning to tell her to mind her business. She tells Theresa she loves her very much and she cannot loose her like she lost her husband and son. She does not want to light another candle for Theresa to return to her. Theresa gets into bed and Pilar gives her a good night kiss. After Pilar leaves, Theresa gets out of bed, turns on the light and takes off her robe. She is fully dressed and she takes the suit case out of the closet and begins packing. As she packs she is crying ... she is going to leave Harmony...!

Timmy/Tabitha/Kay/Charity/Miguel:
Tabitha is happy that there are no signs of life at the bottom of the mine shaft where Miguel, Kay and Charity have failed to their deaths. She knows Miguel died at Charity's hands and now her friends in her basement will look favorably upon her. Tabitha feels bad that Kay had to suffer as well but she is glad they accomplished what they have been trying months to do! Timmy is really hurt that the kids are dead especially his beloved Charity. Timmy is praying while Tabitha is feeling her powers slowly returning! She tells Timmy she can actually see him crying. She explains to him this is a time to celebrate. If it wasn't Miguel, Kay and Charity who fell to their deaths, it would have been them. Timmy wants to leave a memorial to Charity. There are no flowers around so he throws a big pine cone down the mine shaft. When the pine cone hits the bottom, it lands near Kay. Kay stirs and she wakes up. She begins to wonder how she fell down the mine shaft. She thinks Charity pushed her down the shaft. She says Charity is crazy enough to do that. Suddenly, she sees Charity and she shakes her. Charity makes a sudden movement. She screams: "What is wrong with you?" Charity wakes up and Kay tells her she saw her acting strange before they fell down the mine shaft. She explains that the pendant was glowing and Charity freaks out when she realizes that she lost the pendant Tabitha gave her. Back above the mine shaft, Tabitha and Timmy sees the good spirits of the Harmony ancestors. They tell Tabitha that she will burn. Tabitha laughs at them and tells them they surly can do better than that. She tells them to hit her with their best shot. They do and Tabitha starts spazing out! Kay tells Charity they are all going to die any way. She is scared that she is going to go to hell because of all the lies she has told in the past; especially the lie she told to Whitney about Chad getting a local girl pregnant. Charity tells Kay that the truth always comes out and Chad will eventually figure out Kay was behind that lie. Timmy is scared as Tabitha continues to spaz. When the ordeal is over, Timmy asks Tabitha if she is all right. She tells him she is fine but she is going to need a lot of practice working on her powers. She is sure evil will rock Harmony now that she will have her powers back. Kay decides to try and find a way out. She walks down the tunnel to find where it leads her. Kay returns and tells Charity it is too dark and she cannot see where she is going. Charity tells her they have to get Miguel to a doctor. He is still alive but his heart beat is very slow. Tabitha and Timmy are covering the area with tree branches so all foot prints will not be found. Simone and Reese are sleeping the sleep of the dead. Tabitha is sure they will never find their friends when they wake in the morning.

Chad/Whitney:
Chad is in his apartment. He is looking at a picture of Whitney and wonders how she could turn on him so fast. Chad turns on his music. Whitney can hear the music in her room. She wonders if Chad uses his music to seduce his women. She thinks that is probably how is seduced Tiffany. She becomes angry when she thinks that she almost fell for him. She wonders what is wrong with men? First Chad, not living up to his responsibilities and Ethan breaking Theresa heart. Whitney phones Theresa to find out how she is doing. Whitney is so upset that Theresa is hurting over the way Ethan used her that she decides she is going to go give Chad a piece of her mind. She bangs on his apartment door and starts to tell Chad off. Chad is taken a back. He told Whitney that he would have turned off his music; all she had to do was ask. He wants Whitney to tell him what is going on. He wants to know the real reason he has been getting the very cold shoulder from Whitney. Whitney decides she is going to tell Chad the real reason she is so upset with him and ask him if the name Tiffany rings a bell. Chad admits he knows no one by that name. Whitney tells him he is lying and wonders if he really slept with so many women he can't keep them straight. Whitney tells Chad she originally thought he was different. Chad is so confused. He wants to know exactly what Whitney is talking about. When Whitney tells him about Tiffany being pregnant, he tells he that he has been looking for his own parents. If he was the father of a child, he told Whitney he wound indeed stick around and not run as she is accusing him of doing. Chad wants to know who told Whitney this lie. Whitney tells Chad the conversation is over and she warns him to stay away from her sister Simone or she is going to tell her father all about Chad. Again, Chad asks who is telling lies about him. He will not rest until he finds out who has spread this vicious lie.

Theresa:
In her room, Theresa is writing a letter after her suit case is all packed. She knows she has no other choice. She has to leave Harmony so she can be as far away from Ethan as she can be. When Theresa finishes her letter, Whitney calls her. Whitney tells Theresa she is glad she is home and did not go through with the crazy idea to leave Harmony. Theresa tells Whitney she hopes what has happened between her and Ethan will not influence and stop true love for her and Chad. Whitney tells Theresa she is not the least bit interested in Chad Harris. Theresa says good bye to Whitney and then goes to her mother's room. Pilar is sound asleep. As she looks at her mother, Theresa remember her mother saying she does not want Theresa to leave as she does not want to have to light another candle for another lost member of her family. Theresa tells her mother she loves her and softly kisses her before she leaves for the airport. Theresa arrives at the airport. She tells the clerk she needs to get away. They decide that Australia is a good location to visit this time of year. Theresa hopes it is far enough away from the man she loves. While sitting in the waiting lounge, Elaine comes and sits next to Theresa. she is off to Australia as well. She asks Theresa why she is going to the land down under. Theresa told her the story. Elaine tells her the best way to mend a broken heart is revenge. She asks Theresa if she has anything she can use against Ethan. Theresa explains to Elaine that she cannot hurt him as Ethan is still in her heart. She remembers all the good times they had together while the song "Kiss Me" is playing. Elaine tells her the plane is boarding. Theresa is the last to board. Before she gets on the plane, she wonders if she is doing the right thing. She decides that yes in fact she is going!

The Cranes/Rebecca/Ethan/Gwen:
Ethan finally worked up enough nerve to tell Gwen that their wedding was off. Gwen was stunned for a minute and then she realizes that Ethan is only joking with her. Ivy tells Rebecca that Ethan is a good man and she is sure he will end up doing the right thing. Rebecca tells Ivy that if she did not know any better she would swear Ethan had no Crane blood in him. This made Ivy flinch. She told Rebecca she had not had anything to eat all day and that was the reason why she flinched. Gwen continues to insist that Ethan is joking with her. Ethan tells her to listen to him the wedding is definitely off. Julian is celebrating in Rebecca's mansion. He offers the ladies a glass of bubbly to toast the bride and groom as he is sure he persuaded Ethan to marry Gwen. Rebecca tells him to hold off on the bubbly. Gwen asks Ethan if he is ill, if he has the pre wedding jitters. Ethan tells he is not ill nor as the jitters. Gwen begins sobbing and ask Ethan how can he do this to her when she finally realizes that Ethan is in fact serious. She then asks Ethan if he is in love with another woman. Ivy becomes very angry with Julian and Rebecca and tells them they are planning a wedding not a bloody business merger. Ivy in fact tells Rebecca to shut up. Julian tells them again he will make the wedding happen. Gwen asks Ethan to tell her who the other woman is. Rebecca starts telling Ivy it is all her fault Ethan is not marrying Gwen as she hired Theresa and Ivy tells Julian it is his fault as he has been pushing Theresa at Ethan for months. Ivy phones Pilar and tells her to get the papers ready. She is coming over to get them so she can destroy them so the secret about Ethan's father will never be found out. Gwen insists Ethan tell her who the other woman is. She wants to know who the bitch is that Ethan loves more than her! Rebecca has found out that the little gold digger Theresa has picked up an airline ticket for Australia. Ethan begs Gwen to calm down. Gwen tells Ethan she will ask Theresa who the other woman is and then realizes that the other woman is Theresa. She slaps Ethan hard across the face. She tells him to get the hell out of here and never return. She never wants to see him again. Julian tells Rebecca that no son of his is going to marry the house keepers daughter. Alone, Ethan takes off his tie and loosens his shirt. He had to tell Theresa he has called off the wedding. He decides to go to Theresa's house and tell her in person. When he arrives, he does not want to wake Pilar so he tries the front door and it is unlocked. He is in the living room and he hears Pilar call out that she has Ethan's papers in her hand ready to give her, thinking it is Ivy who is in her house. She comes out and sees Ethan in her living room. He wants to know what papers Pilar has ... will he find out...?

The Pre-Wedding Party:
Gwen is devastated about Ethan calling off the wedding, she is angry with Theresa because she trusted her with everything. Rebecca Hotchkiss tells Gwen that she will make Theresa sorry she ever heard the name Ethan Crane. Julian and Ivy are worried about Alistair coming into town. Julian tells Ivy that he is going to uncover all of her secrets. Ivy starts to get worried, she knows that Julian is right, and does not want anyone to find out about Ethan really being Sam's son. She tells Julian that she has to go, and after Julian gives up his hold on her, she rushes to Pilar's house to make sure that the papers are safe. Little does she know that prior to this Theresa saw all of the papers and knows her secret and has her own copy of them on the computer. Gwen decides that she needs to leave and spend some time alone and goes. Rebecca begins talking to Julian about how maybe they should have been married, and how no one understands that a merger between wealthy families is what marriage should be based on. They begin to go elsewhere together.

Sheridan/Luis/Gwen:
Sheridan is having dreams about what Pat had said to her, and about what she heard Luis say on the dock. She wonders why he does not admit to it, and why it hurts her so much to cut it off with him when she cannot trust him. She goes to make some tea to help her sleep. Luis couldn't sleep either and is up doing some exercises when Sheridan comes in. They begin to talk a little, and she tells him that she has something she wants to say regarding what Pat told them. Suddenly, they hear something outside and Luis rushes to see what it is, it is Gwen. She tells Sheridan that she isn't okay, and needs to talk. Luis waits outside. After talking for a few minutes, Gwen realizes that Sheridan knew this whole time. She is upset that she was not told. She is yelling about hating Theresa Lopez-Fitzgerald when Luis comes in and wants to know why she is talking about his sister.

The Lopez-Fitzgerald House:
Ethan rushes over to Theresa's house to tell her that he has called off the wedding, and as he walks in, he hears Pilar saying that the papers are almost ready to Mrs. Crane, (thinking that Ethan was she). As she comes out, she is shocked to see Ethan. He quickly asks her what she is talking about. She doesn't tell him, but he guesses that they are the papers that she was making a scrapbook out of. She tells him yes, and asks why he is there. He tells her that he needs to talk to Theresa. Pilar tells him that she is asleep. He begs her to let him just have 5 minutes with Theresa to tell her that the wedding is off. She agrees and goes to wake her up. Pilar quickly rushes out to tell Ethan that Theresa is not in her bed, or anywhere in the house. They both get worried and start to wonder where she is at when Pilar finds a note that Theresa left, saying that she was sorry that she had to leave, but she could not deal with everything and really needed to get out of Harmony. She also said that no one should look for her, especially Ethan. Pilar then remembers Rebecca's generous gift to Theresa and Ethan rushes to the airport to find her.

The Airport:
Theresa is at the airport, getting ready to board her flight. She is contemplating sending out the information on Ethan, but she doesn't want to hurt him. She is so upset because she thinks that Ethan was only using her and was going to carry on with the wedding plans. As they go to bored, everyone is sent off the plane due to a "bigwig" that is landing. Theresa is curious as to who it is. As she is waiting to bored, she runs into a gentleman and tells him a little bit about why she is upset. To her knowledge, he is an average man; actually, he is Alistair Crane. He also is unaware who she is. Finally she gets to bored the plane and her newfound friend tries to convince her that she needs to send out the "dirt" that she has on Ethan, she begins to do so, when the stewardess comes and tells her that she will have to put her computer under her seat while they take off. And she says that she might do it later. She tells her newfound friend that she doesn't want to hurt Ethan and that she probably will not send out the information. As the plane gets started, Theresa looks out the window and tells Ethan good-bye, forever. Julian and Rebecca want to make sure that no one knows where Theresa went so they call the airport to have her name erased off the computer, just as Ethan is waiting for the results of his search for her. The worker tells him that there is no sign that she has boarded tonight, or has plans to board either. He wonders where she is. Alistair is on his way back to the airport.

Thursday, October 12, 2000 | Episode #330
Sheridans Cottage:
Gwen tells Sheridan that part of her wants to crawl into a hole and die, but most of all she wants to kill Theresa with her bare hands. She says she trusted her and she stole Ethan right out from under her nose. She says Theresa must have gotten a good laugh over her asking her to be her maid of honor. Sheridan says she doesnt think so, but Gwen is adamant. She says that tomorrow should have been the happiest day of her life, but she would give anything not to wake up because of Theresa Lopez-Fitzgerald. Luis comes in just in time to overhear this. He asks why they are talking about his sister. Sheridan says that Gwen is just a little upset and sends her to the other room to freshen up. As Gwen leaves she says she is going to kill them and Luis asks Sheridan who is Gwen going to kill and why was she mentioning his sister's name. Sheridan tells him that Ethan called of the wedding because he was having second thoughts. Luis says its a little late for that, but its a typical Crane stunt. Sheridan says that Ethan does love Gwen. Luis says he doesnt care as long as it didnt affect his family. He then asks again why was Gwen mentioning Theresas name. Sheridan tells him that it is because Theresa was helping with the wedding to make extra money. Luis is furious. Sheridan asks him to step outside while she talks to Gwen. Luis says hes not through with her because he doesnt feel like hes getting the whole story. Sheridan and Gwen talk and Gwen say's she cant believe that she didnt see through Theresa. She says will she get that little witch one way or the other. Sheridan tells her that Ethan still loves her and he needs time to think. Gwen warns her to stay away from the Lopez-Fitzgeralds because they are only after the Crane money.

The Park:
Sam is walking around the park and comes to the place where he and Ivy used to leave messages for each other. Hank comes up to him and asks if hes thinking about a lost love. Sam says yes and asks him how he knew. Hank says because this was Sams special place where he used to meet his mystery woman back in high school. Sam tells him that he saw her and Hank asks if he has something going on with her. Sam is shocked because he loves Grace. Hank says thats what he figured. Sam says there is something about your first love, but Hank says he cant remember his. He has his future and present love is in his heart, Sheridan Crane. Sam tells him not to get involved with a Crane. He says Hank needs to get involved with a local down home girl that he can raise a family with. They head over to Sheridans cottage.

Pilars House:
Ivy is burning the papers that proves that Sam is Ethans father. She says that Julian and Alistair wont be able to prove anything now. She says that if they hadnt kept her away from her true love Sam, she would still be with him now. Pilar tells her she is doing the same thing to Ethan that they done to her, she is keeping two people apart that love each other. Ivy tells her she couldnt be more wrong. She says the two situations are completely different but Pilar says they arent. Ivy says her father arranged her marriage to Julian, but she never loved him. She says that Ethan has loved Gwen all his life. Pilar says that even though Ethan has only loved Theresa for a little while, its obvious that he loves her very much or he wouldnt have called off the wedding. Ivy says he is confused, but Pilar says hes not. She says the only reason Ivy wants Ethan to marry Gwen and not Theresa is not because he loves Gwen more, but because Theresa is not from her social class. She says its the same way that Sam wasnt. Ivy says that Pilar is being unfair. She says that if Ethan doesnt marry Gwen he will lose everything and Pilar knows it. Ivy says Ethan will be disowned and every dream she had for him will vanish. Pilar asks her what about Ethan and Theresa dreams. Ivy says she stayed married to Julian all these years just so Ethan could inherit the Crane fortune and she couldnt bare it if he gave it all up. Pilar tells Ivy that wealth and power dont mean anything to her, but she doesnt want Theresa and Ethan together anymore that she does. She believes there that as much as they love each other, there are still to many things against them. Ivy agrees. Pilar says that what makes her the maddest, is that Rebecca had the nerve to interfere in her family. She says she had no right to give Theresa a ticket out of town. She said God help Rebecca if anything happens to her baby girl. Ivy goes on about her sacrifices for Ethan until Pilar tells her she is tired of her whining. She says she has listened to her go on and on about her problems since before she was married. She asks her if she ever stopped to consider that she might have problems too. Ivy says she didnt know and Pilar says she didnt want to know. Pilar says her family has been torn apart, the love of her life disappeared and her son Antonio vanished. Now she doesnt know where Theresa is and the only thing Ivy can think about is her self. Pilar says that maybe Luis is right about the Cranes being behind Martins disappearance. She says that Luis risked his life to protect Sheridan and that Theresa did everything Gwen wanted for the wedding, even when it was tearing her apart inside. For this, the only thing her family gets is scorn, anger, and a one way ticket to no where. Ivy says she didnt have anything to do with the ticket, it was Rebecca. Pilar says that Ivy was at the mansion with her jewels and her servants, moaning and groaning about her lost love. Ivy says that this is a cruel thing to say. Pilar says one day Ivy says she is going to tell Sam the truth and the next day shes changed her mind. She says shes sick of it. Ivy tells her she has made that quite clear. Pilar asks her what about her and her family. Ivy says that she has never spoken to her this way before. Pilar says that maybe it is about time she did. She asks Ivy if she thinks it is unjustified and she says no. She says Pilar is her most trusted friend and confidant, and how has she repaid her. By not considering her feelings and by only thinking of her self. She says she has treated her shabbily and she apologizes. Pilar accepts. Ivy says its a good thing Theresa never saw the papers. Pilar remembers finding Theresa with the papers. Ivy starts to burn the papers again, but she drops one.

The Mansion:
Julian and Rebecca laugh over getting Theresas name erased from the airport records. Julian says that Ethan will never be able to find her. He says that once the temptation is removed, that the male species usually comes back to their senses. He tells Rebecca that Ethan and Gwen will soon be married. Rebecca hopes that Ethan comes to his senses quickly. She says she is disappointed that the Crane family doesnt have more influence over him. She says she thought that Ivy and Ethan had some kind of special bond. Julian wonders where she wondered off to in such a hurry. Rebecca says why bother trying to figure Ivy out. Julian says he wouldnt, but he feels that she is hiding something from him for months. Rebecca says that the reason he cant control Ethan because he cant control his wife. Julian asks if hes supposed to chain Ivy up, but Rebecca says to forget about her for a while. She says they need to talk about her and him. She has him to sit down while she gives him a massage. She compliments him and Julian eats it up. She asks him why he married Ivy. She speculates what they could have done if they had of married. She says they could conquer the world. She asks him what if he were to get rid if Ivy and then they got together. Julian says they would make a formable team. Rebecca says they would be unstoppable. Julian says that Alistair wouldnt allow him to leave Ivy, unless her secret was really bad. Alistair calls and tells Julian that Ivy is at Pilars and Julian leaves to go there.

Sheridans Cottage:
Hank and Sam arrive and Luis tells them about Ethan calling of the wedding. He also tells them about Theresa helping with it. Sam says Ethan is becoming more and more like the Cranes and he warns Hank away from Sheridan again and leaves. Hank tells Luis to go easy on Theresa.

Meanwhile Sheridan is trying to get Gwen to realize that Ethan still loves her. Gwen leaves the room and Hank and Luis come in and want to know why Ethan called off the wedding. Sheridan tells them they wouldnt understand. Gwen comes back into the room and says she will be happy to tell them why. She tells them a gold digger stole Ethan away. Luis wants to know if the gold digger is anyone they know. Gwen says she will tell him her name.

Pilars House:
Julian arrives and lets himself in. He sees Ivy burning papers and asks her whats she doing. She says that it is rubbish, she and Pilar were cold so they started a fire. She tells Julian that she come over to try to get Theresa to talk some sense into Ethan. She says Theresa is the innocent in all of this because Ethan is the one who started the relationship. Julian asks where Theresa is and Ivy says she left before she got there. Rebecca arrives and Pilar says it is all her fault. She goes to the door and tells Rebecca she has some nerve showing up after giving Theresa a ticket to leave. Rebecca says she better be grateful that she paid for anything for the whore she calls her daughter. Pilar slaps Rebecca so hard her teeth clatter. Julian breaks them up. Rebecca says that Pilar is a liar, that Theresa wouldnt talk Ethan into marrying Gwen because she wants him for her self. She says they are only interested in the Crane fortune and would do anything to get it. Pilar wants to know where Theresa is and Rebecca says she doesnt know. Pilar demands that she tell her where she is, and Julian tells her she is fired. Ivy says she is not fired, she works for her and will continue to do so. Rebecca asks her if she has lost her mind. She says that Luis has already moved in with Sheridan. She asks Ivy if she wants the rest of her family to get mixed up with the Lopez-Fitzgerald brood. Pilar tries to get Rebecca again. Rebecca tells Julian to fire Pilar. Ivy says she has no intention of firing Pilar and she and Pilar go into the house and shut the door. Rebecca tells Julian that Pilar knows Ivys secret and that they will find out what it is. They leave. Inside Pilar wonders if she will ever see Theresa again. Ivy assures her she will.

The Park:
Sam goes back to the park and finds Grace there. She tells him she sensed it was an important place to him and she thinks she knows why. She says she knows he came there because being at the Cranes upset him. He tells her he loves her.

The Airport:
Ethan asks the woman at the desk if she is sure that Theresas name isnt on the list. She says she is sorry but its not. Ethan says he canceled his wedding to Gwen and went through hell with his family to be with her and he cant lose her now. Ethan gets the woman to search for under the name Rebecca Hotchkiss, but she cant find anything. Ethan says he has to find her because she must be thinking that he used her, he has to tell her the truth. Ethan prays that he will find her while looking out the window. As he does, he spots Theresa by the window. Ethan demands that the plane be stopped, but the woman tells him it is impossible. He demands to see the manager. When she arrives he throws his familys name around and demands that the plane be stopped or he will see that they are fired.

On The Plane:
Meanwhile on the plane the woman sitting next to Theresa tries to comfort her. Theresa says that she knows she is doing the right thing. As she is looking out the window she says to herself that this is good-bye forever and that she will never she Ethan again. She hopes that Gwen can give Ethan the happiness he deserves. The lady offers her a tissue and starts to tell her good riddance to bad rubbish, but Theresa stops her before she is finished. She says that Ethan is not rubbish and that he couldnt be bad if he tried. She says he is the most wonderful man in the world. The lady reminds her of what she said about Ethan using her, but she says she will never love anyone but him for the rest of her life. She remembers the contest that she and Ethan were in. She looks out the window and cries. The lady tells her to email the documents, but Theresa says she cant. An announcement is made that there will be a delay. Theresa looks up and sees Ethan. She hides in her seat and wishes him to go away. She covers up with a blanket. Ethan makes his way to her seat and tells her he knows she is under the blanket. She uncovers her head and tells him to leave. He tells her to get her stuff and come with him. The Captain tells him he had to leave. Ethan begs her to go with him and she doesnt move!

Kay worries she, Charity, and Miguel could die before anyone finds them, while Tabitha and Timmy celebrate their apparent demise. When Simone and Reese announce they are going to search for the missing teens, Tabitha tries to dissuade them so they wont find the mysterious box. Simone and Reese come close to discovering the kids in the mineshaft, but Tabitha drowns out the shouts of help with her own voice. Later, Tabitha and Timmy realize they have to stop Charity from ever escaping the shaft, especially if Charity puts back on the pendent.

Sheridan stops Gwen from revealing to Luis Theresas part in Ethan calling off the wedding. After Gwen storms off, Sheridan reveals to Hank how Ethan called off the wedding because he is in love with Theresa. When Sheridan tries to tell Luis, he says he is happy Theresa is no longer dreaming of being with Ethan. Meanwhile, Gwens anger towards Theresa continues to build.

Ethan begs Theresa to trust his love for her and get off the plane with him, but Theresa refuses to believe him. Later, after Ethan is dragged away by security guards and the plane prepares for takeoff, Theresa realizes Ethan does love her after all. Ethan laments about losing Theresa, when she appears before him, and the two declare their love for one another.

Monday, October 16, 2000 | Episode #332
The Harmony Ruins:
Charity is climbing up the mine shaft. Suddenly Tabitha bolted a huge bolder down the shaft, hoping to kill Charity, Kay and Miguel. The bolder falls but it does not crush any of the intended victim! The girls are okay and Miguel is still breathing. Charity decides to keep climbing the shaft. Reese and Simone arrive on the scene. Saying they heard a loud noise, Reese wonders what happened to the huge bolder and how it got into the mine shaft. Tabitha tells Timmy if the bolder did not dislodge Charity from the mine shaft, then Reese and Simone will when she knocks them down the shaft! Suddenly, Reese and Simone feel the earth shake and they know that the shaft is starting to cave in. Tabitha falls and strikes her head and they help her up. Everyone is terrified. Charity falls from her perch and along with Kay and Miguel, are covered with dirt. Reese and Simone hope their friends are not in the mine shaft as they are sure every one would be dead. This pleases Tabitha. She looks in her mirror and it appears that everyone is dead. Timmy is elated when he sees a slight movement in Charity's arm. Tabitha sends Reese and Simone back to the camp site to see if the "lost lambs" have returned. She does not want them going to the ruins as she is scared if they find the hidden box, then all evil be gone forever from Harmony. At the bottom of the mine, Charity's pendant begins to glow and the voices are telling her to come to the dark side. She replies that she is coming! Kay questions who Charity is talking to. Tabitha is sure she is now home free and by the time anyone finds Charity she will be dead. She is wary however that the pendant is the only thing that could save Charity. Tabitha feels her full powers slowly returning to her. Charity reaches out for the pendant and the angle suddenly appears telling her to fight off evil. Tabitha is celebrating telling Timmy she has finally won! Timmy reminds her it is about time as all she has been doing for the past year and a half is screwing up every time she has tried to get rid of Charity! Tabitha tells Timmy should Charity put on the pendant she will be evil forever and they are sure to be killed as a result. Charity reaches for the pendant and puts it on. The angel screams and Tabitha knows her "goose is cooked"!

Sheridan's Cottage:
Sheridan and Hank are talking about the situation with Theresa and Ethan. They know they have to tell Luis about Theresa being the girl Ethan left Gwen at the alter for, or he will be mad! Luis walks in on them as Sheridan tells Hank; "We have to tell Luis!" Luis questions what does she have to tell him. Sheridan quickly lies and tells him it is not him she is talking about but Ethan. Sheridan leaves the room to go phone Ethan and leave Hank to tell Luis about Theresa's role in the marriage break up. Luis tells Hank the girl who stole Ethan has to be a fool for getting involved with a Crane. Luis asks Hank if he knows her and he lies by answering NO! Luis tells Hank the girl may think Ethan is special but she will soon find out what a jerk he is. Luis pity's the girl as she is in for a world of heart aches! Hank asks Luis what if Ethan and this girl are totally in love? While Hank and Luis are talking, Sheridan over hears Luis telling Hank that he cares a great deal for her. Luis cannot believe that Sheridan will not believe him about hearing him saying he was just using her. Hank tells Luis that he believes him and Sheridan hears this as well. Hank asks Luis why he has a double standard; he can get involved with a Crane but Theresa can't? Ethan calls Sheridan. She is happy to hear his voice. She tells him she all ready knows that he has called off the wedding as Gwen had visited her all ready. She told Ethan Gwen was so distraught and angry with Theresa that she threatened to kill her. Sheridan tells Ethan she knows it is a terrible time for him. Ethan persuades his aunt that he can handle the situation but he is going to have to decide who to marry. He knows he cannot marry Gwen when he is in love with Theresa. Luis tells Hank he does not know what to do about Sheridan. Hanks cell phone rings and it is Pierre. Pierre tells Hank he has to kill Sheridan and if he does not he will go to Sam and give him all the information they have on Hank's past. Luis asks him if there is trouble and Hanks tells him he is all right but has to leave. He is going to the wharf to meet with Pierre to put an end to this once and for all! Luis tells Hank he has to put an end to the situation with Sheridan once and for all as well. Sheridan tells Ethan to be careful with Luis. Ethan tells her he has seen Luis in action but he has to be told that he is in love with his sister. Ethan asks Sheridan how things are going with Luis and she tells him she cannot get what she heard Luis say on the wharf out of her head and heart. Luis over hears the conversation. Sheridan knows she has to move on or forget about Luis all together. When Sheridan is finished on the phone, Luis lets her know that he over heard her conversation. He tells Sheridan they have to talk and clear up the situation tonight! Sheridan tells Luis they will not be able to get past their differences tonight as she heard him say what he said! Luis tells Sheridan he cannot lie to her and ask her to believe him that he never did said those things she claims. They are back to square one. Luis tells her he has an idea that could change their lives forever. Luis tells Sheridan since they cannot agree about that day just pretend that that day never happened. Wipe the slate clean and start all over. He tells Sheridan what ever she heard him say on the pay phone, he did not say. Sheridan jumped a little as she told Luis he was not on the pay phone but on his cell phone. Luis tells Sheridan if she does not want to forget about that day, just to turn away from him and they will be through forever. Luis asks Sheridan again if she is going to forget about that day. He notices that she is not moving away. FINALLY, they KISS in a passionate embrace! At the wharf, Pierre tells Hank there is still a problem. He either kills Sheridan or he can be arrested by his own brother. He cannot save Sheridan but he can save himself. Pierre tells Hank if he does not do the job, Sam is going to get a package in the mail. Hank wants to talk to Sheridan and find out what she knows about the drug cartel. Pierre does not agree to this. Finally Hank agrees that he will kill Sheridan...

Ethan/Theresa/Gwen:
Pilar on her way to bed warns Theresa to stay far away from Gwen. When Pilar leaves to go to bed, Theresa and Ethan are kissing. Gwen shows up at Theresa's door and sees them kiss. Watching from the window, she calls Theresa a bitch! Gwen wants to go in and confront Theresa. She is mad enough to kill her. Just as she is about to open the front door, her mother Rebecca calls. Rebecca tells Gwen she is happy that Theresa is out of the country as she used the airline ticket she had waiting for her. Gwen tells Rebecca she did not leave as she is watching Theresa and Ethan as she is speaking to her. Pilar tells Ethan he has a lot on his plate. He is going to have to deal with the families over this marriage break up. Theresa tells her mother not to worry about a thing, everything is going to be fine. Pilar told them Rebecca showed up at her house earlier in the evening. Theresa asked her what she did and Pilar told her she lost her temper and slapped the woman. Pilar tells Theresa that Rebecca hates her as does Gwen. Theresa tells her mother not to worry as she is in love with Ethan and they will be married by the end of the year! Pilar almost passes out at that comment! Pilar pleads with Theresa to be realistic. Theresa tells her mother that her dreams are realistic. Gwen is still on the phone with her mother. She tells Rebecca she is going to kill that slut once and for all. Rebecca is truly shocked. Ethan tells Pilar and Theresa he is sure Gwen is mature enough to handle anger. Pilar tells them Gwen is like a smoldering volcano. Gwen tells Rebecca she still loves Ethan and Rebecca asks her to keep a cool head as she is sure they can still make the marriage to Ethan happen. Gwen swears she will do nothing to Theresa until she can get Theresa alone. She wants her to pay, so she will wait and then tear Theresa apart. Ethan tells Theresa he should leave. Pilar again warns them of the very grave situation they find themselves in. Ethan and Theresa kiss good night ... over and over and over! Finally they make it to the door and they share one last tempting kiss good night. Gwen is hiding out behind the bushes. After Ethan leaves, Theresa is in heaven. She is dancing around the house turning off the lights and suddenly there is a knock on the door. She figures it is Ethan who has come back for more. She runs to the door but she is confronted with an angry Gwen and baseball bat. She tells Theresa that she is going to finally get what she deserves...

The Harmony Ruins:
Kay sees Charity doing strange things and knows that she and Miguel are in some kind of trouble. Tabitha and Timmy are hoping Charity's demons will not be looking for the "stupid" hidden box as the end of evil will come to Harmony. In the shaft, Charity is busy zapping the angel. The angel tells Charity she cannot hurt her and that she will leave but will continue to pray for Charity. Kay wishes Miguel was awake to see what his "stupid girlfriend" was up to now! When the angel leaves, Charity proclaims in a loud voice: LONG LIVE THE DARK SIDE! Kay is scared. Tabitha and Timmy see the angel come out of the mine pit. She tells them Charity's pure soul has been lost to the dark side forever. The angle also tells them she hopes they will not die because Charity is now pure evil. Charity says both Timmy and Tabitha are both going to die. Kay thinks she is talking about her and Miguel and begs for her life. Charity says it is too late for Timmy and Tabitha as they never listened to her. Timmy is scared and Tabitha tells him they have to run and get out of there. Kay again pleads for her life as Charity sends boulders flying at Timmy and Tabitha from the bottom of the mine shaft. Huge boulders are flying through the air aiming for Timmy and Tabitha. Again, Tabitha hopes Charity's demons do not run across the box. Kay moves Miguel away from Charity. As she moves him, they hit the box that is buried in the ground. Tabitha and Timmy are trapped amid the boulders. Timmy asks Tabitha what is in the box and Tabitha tells him the box contains powers not to be found any where in the universe or beyond. They start to clear some of the boulders away so they can get away. As Kay continues to drag Miguel in the mine, the box opens and an enormous beam of light sores from the box. Tabitha exclaims: "They have found the box! It is over!"

Sheridan's Cottage:
Sheridan and Luis are kissing passionately. Sheridan tells Luis she wants him. They fall down on the bed kissing. Sheridan tells Luis she has to write a thank you note to the F.B.I. to thank them for letting him be her body guard. Suddenly, Luis stops kissing Sheridan and he tells her he has to protect her and he must act like a professional. He tells her he better go to bed and he will sleep in the living room, where he is supposed to. As Luis leaves Sheridan's bedroom he smiles and seems pleased with what happened between them. Sheridan falls on the bed in despair as Luis is standing on the other side of Sheridan's closed bedroom door -- also in despair! Luis tosses and turns on the couch; he cannot sleep! He thinks back to when he and Sheridan agreed to forget the past between them and start all over in new. He is very frustrated so he talks to himself. He really wants to go to Sheridan so to take his mind of that goal, he starts doing sit ups. Sheridan gets out of bed as she too is restless. When she walks in the living room, she cannot see Luis and finds him on the floor doing push ups! Luis tells Sheridan she better hurry up and get that cup of tea she came for. She told him she would settle for warm milk and it was less strenuous than what she has in mind! She watches Luis do sit ups. They share a laugh about how they met a year ago. Sheridan asks Luis if he has changed his mind about that "professional business"? She tells him no one would know, but he reminds her that they would know. He asks her if he can turn on the radio to check the scores. A song is playing. The electricity between them is burning. Luis tells Sheridan that he is a cop. she replies that she is a Crane. He tells her he hates Cranes! They start kissing once again. As their theme song is playing in the background, Luis takes off Sheridan's robe ...

The Crane Mansion:
Ivy is pouring herself a drink after coming downstairs. Julian enters and wonders what secrets are keeping his poison Ivy up so late? Ivy tells Julian he is the one responsible for Ethan calling off the wedding as he taunted Ethan into going to bed with Theresa months earlier. Julian is upset that Ethan is ruining the business merger. Ivy is sure Theresa will give up on Ethan. Julian tells Ivy Theresa has gone off far away using the ticket Rebecca left for her. He admitted they had Theresa's name taken off any passenger list at the airport so no one would ever know where Theresa went! Ethan walks in after hearing Julian telling Ivy the information. Ethan tells his father he is not going to manipulate his life any more. Ethan is angry at his father that he helped Rebecca send Theresa out of the country. He is standing up to his parents. Ivy asks Ethan why he had to cancel the wedding to Gwen as Julian inquires about the merger. Ethan tells his dad this wedding is not about money and stocks. He informs them he does not care about money but only what is right in his life at this time. He needs time to find out which girl he really loves. Ethan tells his parents he will speak to Gwen in the morning as he knows she is a decent and loving woman. Julian warns him that there is no furry like a woman who has been scorned. Suddenly, there is a knock at the mansion door -- in the middle of the night. As Julian goes to answer the door, very upset that no staff are around, Ethan tells his mother he though she would understand why he is doing what he is doing. Ivy tells Ethan Theresa is so far beneath him. Rebecca enters the living room and tells Ethan he is not going to get away with breaking her daughter's heart. Ethan tells Rebecca to stop making threats. Any more talk of what happened will be between him and Gwen. He tries to call Gwen on her cell phone. Rebecca tells Ivy and Julian that Gwen is at Theresa's giving her "tit for tat." Rebecca tells the Cranes Gwen does not want any one to know that she is at Theresa's house. A worried Ivy asks Rebecca if Gwen would hurt Theresa. Rebecca replies that Theresa is not in any real danger ~ she hopes but before the night is over, Theresa is going to know what it is like to deal with Gwen! Ethan returns to the living room saying that Gwen would not answer his call. He then says he has one more call to make. The Crane's and Rebecca persuade Ethan that he should not call Theresa's house now as it is really too late in the night. Ethan then goes up to bed. Rebecca tells the Crane's that they have to wait for Gwen to talk some sense into to Theresa. Ivy replies that she hopes she can...

The Lopez-Fitzgerald House:
Theresa answers the door thinking Ethan has come back to give her another good night kiss! Gwen storms into the house with a baseball bat. Theresa is shocked but tries to clam down the vicious Gwen telling her she knows she has had a terrible night. Gwen replies by smashing everything that is on the mantle. Theresa lets out a blood curdling scream for her mother but Pilar cannot hear her as she is in the shower! Gwen is angry with Theresa. She calls her many names and tells her she has a lying slut mouth and that she is as transparent as rain! Theresa is trying to stay clear of Gwen and her bat. Gwen swings at her and destroys everything on the hutch and buffet. Theresa runs to try and find Pilar and Gwen is in close pursuit. Gwen accuses Pilar of being in on the plan with Theresa of trying to steal Ethan away from her. Gwen admits that she pushed Theresa at Ethan thinking she was their biggest fan and best friend. She wants Theresa to call Ethan and tell him she will never see him again. Theresa refuses. Gwen smashes Theresa's picture collection of Ethan and she finds the sketch of Theresa in her bride's dress. She tells Theresa she has figured out the truth; Theresa was never helping her plan her wedding but her own! Pilar runs into Theresa's bedroom Theresa and Gwen are fighting. Gwen pushes Pilar into Theresa's closet and locks the door. Theresa becomes very angry and fights to gain control of the bat. She tells Gwen nobody treats her mother rudely! When Gwen's phone rings, Theresa sees that it is Ethan who is calling. The girls fight over the phone. Gwen tells Theresa she does not want any one to know she is at her house as she is going to kill her. Theresa grabs the phone and answers, but it is Gwen who has the phone. Theresa begs Gwen not to hurt her. Gwen tells Theresa she saw her other side and now it is time for Theresa to see Gwen's other side. Pilar is screaming from the closet, banging on the door trying desperately to get out. Gwen tells Theresa after she kills her, she will not go to jail as her family has enough connections and money to keep her out of jail. Pilar yells from the closet that if Gwen hurts Theresa and lays a hand on her daughter she will kill her. Gwen is choking Theresa. She tells her that pay back is rich as Theresa slowly slides out of consciousness...!

Wednesday, October 18, 2000 | Episode #334
Hank finally gives in and tells Pierre he will kill Sheridan. Pierre ducks out of sight just as Sam shows up. Sam informs his brother that the FBI has agreed to relieve Luis of his duties as Sheridan's bodyguard. Meanwhile, months of pent up desire give way as Luis and Sheridan begin to make love.

As Kay drags an unconscious Miguel away from Evil Charity, his foot knocks open the mysterious box. As a bright light shoots out, Evil Charity lets out a terrifying roar. Kay can hardly believe her eyes as Evil Charity is helplessly drawn towards the light. Above ground, Tabitha is horrified when she realizes the power has been unleashed from the box. She and Timmy can't stop themselves from looking at the light, and suddenly, they disappear.

Knowing Gwen is "taking care" of Theresa, Rebecca has Ivy and Julian persuade Ethan to wait until morning to call Theresa. Ethan begins to suspect Rebecca, Ivy and Julian are up to something and calls Theresa anyway. He's perplexed when no one answers. Meanwhile, an enraged Gwen chokes Theresa while Pilar, locked in the closet, begs her to stop. Theresa manages to escape Gwen's grip. Gwen grills the young girl about her betrayal. She then begins to strangle Theresa again just as Ethan bursts into the room, astonished by the scene before him.

Thursday, October 19, 2000 | Episode #335
The Russell House:
Whitney has a dream about Chad coming into her room and taking off his shirt. In the dream he tells her to follow her heart and they start to kiss. Whitney tells Chad that it is not right, but he gets her to kiss him anyway. While she is dreaming, Chad is outside her window looking in. He opens the window and sneaks in. Chad walks up to her bed and sits down. He strokes her hair and wonders why she wont give them a chance. He puts his hand over her mouth and she wakes up. He tells her he will move her hand if she wont scream. She demands to know what he wants. He says he came to see her. She says he parents are down the hall and if her dad catches him, he will skin Chad alive. Chad says it is a chance hes willing to take. Whitney gets out of bed and tells him that if he doesnt have a good reason to be in her room, she wants him to leave. Chad explains that he saw someone sneaking around the shed. He says he doesnt have a phone in his room, so he came over to her to call the police. He goes over to the window and sees that light on. He says whoever broke in is still there. Whitney stops him from calling because she says she knows who is out there, its her daddy. Chad wants to know what hes doing out there but Whitney says they dont know. Whitney tells him it was nice of him to be worried about her family. They hear someone outside in the hall and Whitney says its her parents. Chad tries to leave but the window wont open. The door knob starts to turn as they look on in horror.

The Mineshaft:
Tabitha and Timmy try to figure out how to stop St. Michael from destroying all evil. Tabitha tells Timmy to go over and close the box. That would shut out the light and maybe they wont be destroyed. Timmy goes over to close the box. Kay cant believe everything she is seeing. She says that Miguel is lucky to be out of it. St. Michael says that evil will be vanquished and that goodness will reign forever and ever. Meanwhile Reese and Simone search for Tabitha. When they cant find her, they wonder where everyone went. They see the light coming out of the mineshaft. They cant see anything, but they hear voices. They call Sam and tell him whats going on. Inside Tabitha tells Timmy she will miss him as she begins to disappear. She then begs him to try to close the box again. He does and he closes it. St. Michael disappears and Tabitha reappears. Tabitha, Timmy, and Evil Charity go further into the mineshaft. Kay says that she will need years of therapy after all of this. Miguel comes to. Kay tells him everything that has happened and Miguel says she must have hit her head harder than he did. Miguel goes to look for Charity and Kay follows. Evil Charity says that she will have to take care of Timmy and Tabitha since St. Michael didnt. Tabitha tells her that they have to make sure the box stays shut. They come back to where they were and find that Miguel and Kay are gone. Evil Charity decides that they must find him and kill him. Kay tries to get Miguel to go back to where they were, but Miguel wants to find Charity.

Sheridans Cottage:
Sheridan and Luis are involved in a steamy kiss. Sheridan stops the kiss and asks Luis if he realizes the implications of throwing his badge away. He tells her right now he is a man; a man that wants her more than he has ever wanted anything before. Sheridan tells him that she wants him too. Sheridan wants to make sure Luis is sure, but Luis says that all that matters is what is happening right now. She asks him about Sam or Julian finding him, but he says she is worth the risk. They begin to kiss again and the phone starts to ring. Its Sam and Luis picks up. Sam explains what is going on at the mineshaft. Luis tells Sheridan that he has to go and she talks him into letting her go too. They both get ready and leave.

The Lopez-Fitzgerald House:
Gwen tells Ethan to ask Theresa if she has been scheming all along to get him. Ethan says he cant believe it. Gwen says she is not the sweet little girl he thought she was. Ethan tells her that he knows she is looking for someone to blame. He tells her to blame him, not Theresa. Gwen says that Theresa wants to be Mrs. Ethan Crane and she might just pull it off because Ethan is to blind to see the truth. Ethan points out that trashing Theresas house and strangling her was crazy. Gwen says she is not crazy. She says that Theresa is the conniving little gold digger that her mother said she was. Ethan tells her to calm down, but Gwen is adamant on making Theresa suffer the same way she has. Gwen says she is a scheming, lying bitch. Pilar tells Gwen that maybe she should go home and rest. Gwen says not until she gets her say. Ethan tries to explain to Gwen that Theresa didnt have ulterior motives. He tells her that he thought that she was the only woman he loved until realized he had slowly fallen in love with Theresa. Gwen sticks to her beliefs and she brings up all of the suspicious incidents that happened. She asks Ethan if she proves that she is right about Theresa, will he still marry her. She says they still have the church tomorrow and they can still get married, and Theresa can go to hell. Gwen tells him that she can prove that Theresa has been lying and that Pilar was in cahoots with her. She shows him the pictures and the wedding sketches. She asks him if he believes her now. Ethan doesnt believe it and he still defends Theresa. Gwen leaves and Ethan follows. Pilar warns Theresa to be careful. Theresa believes she is home free, but Pilar tells her not to count Gwen out yet. Downstairs Ethan tries to tell Gwen that he loves both of them. He says he needs time to sort out his feelings. Gwen says that he is just infatuated with Theresa, but he doesnt get sex from her. She says that Theresa cant do for him what she does in bed. Ethan says its not about sex. Gwen is infuriated with the whole situation and she leaves. Pilar and Theresa come downstairs. Ethan tells them that he doesnt know what to do anymore. Outside Gwen calls Rebecca and tells her she lost him. Rebecca tells her that she tried to warn her that Ethan was coming. Gwen tells her that Ethan caught her with her hands around Theresas scrawny little neck. Gwen says that Theresa then went into victim mode and Ethan bought it. Gwen says she doesnt know what to do to get him back, but Rebecca says she does. Gwen says she will do anything. Rebecca tells her to forget her anger and to act like she is devastated and fragile like Theresa does. Gwen says she will try and Ethan comes out. Gwen starts crying and Ethan takes her in his arms. Theresa looks on and tells Pilar that Ethan is so nice to be worried about Gwen, but he doesnt love Gwen like he does her. Pilar tells her that Gwen has just begun to fight. As Ethan consoles her, Gwen smiles.

The Mineshaft:
Sam arrives and assembles a search team. He says he hopes that none of the kids have fallen into the mineshaft. Evil Charity calls out in Charitys voice trying to get Miguel to come save her. Timmy and Tabitha try to leave but Evil Charity wont let them.

The Russell House:
Eve is knocking at Whitney's bedroom door. Chad is still in Whitney's room and does not want Eve to find him there. Whitney tells him to hide. Eve opens the door and wonders what is going on in the bedroom. Eve tells Whitney she heard voices and Whitney convinces her it was the radio she heard ~ one of those call in radio shows. Eve tells Whitney she does not want her staying up too late as she has to be in shape to beat her opponents at tennis. She asks Whitney if Chad woke her up, wondering if he is playing his music too loud since they share an adjoining wall. Eve tells Whitney she has come to think more about Chad but he is still not good enough for her girls due to his living on the street, no family background and lack of education. Chad is hiding behind the door and he hears every word Eve says to Whitney. TC suddenly shows up and tells Whitney and Eve he is going to the ruins to be part of the rescue crew. He cannot locate Chad and he tells them he really needs him. Eve prepares to go with TC and Whitney tells her parents she will get dressed and join them. Chad tells Whitney he heard everything her mother said about him and wonders if perhaps her mother is right. Chad then leaves. As the Russell's are heading off for the ruins, Chad meets them. TC tells Chad he is glad he just got home in time, explaining about the disaster at the ruins. Chad is ready to go. TC tells Chad that he is starting to become a part of the family! Whitney and Chad exchange glances...

Ethan/Theresa/Gwen/Pilar:
Gwen continues her little girl crying act outside Theresa's house, making Ethan feel bad that he called off the wedding. As Gwen cries, Pilar and Theresa watch the spectacle and Theresa tells her mother Ethan is so kind and even though he is still comforting Gwen, Ethan really loves her. Gwen apologizes to Ethan about her display of temper and vows to work on her temper. Ethan tells her he is not sure about the future for anyone. Gwen very convincingly faints and Ethan catches her, telling her he will take her back to the Crane mansion as that is where her other is. Pilar tells Theresa that Gwen and her family as well as the Crane's will not give up trying to get Ethan and Gwen married. Theresa tells Pilar that Ethan is not really a Crane and suspects that in his heart, he knows he is not a Crane. Pilar tells Theresa to forget all about Ethan's parentage. Luis calls Pilar and tells her about the situation at the ruins. He blames the Cranes once again for messing things up. Theresa wants to call Ethan to tell him about the disaster but Pilar tells her not to. Theresa then tells Pilar she will just go over to the Crane mansion and tell Ethan herself. Pilar calls the mansion and warns a very rude Julian to send Theresa home whenever she gets there. Rebecca is elated that Theresa is on her way over. She tells Julian Theresa is going to have a surprise of her life when she gets to the mansion!

The Crane Mansion:
Rebecca and Julian are in the living room scheming. Rebecca needs Julian's help in order to have her plan succeed. Julian tells Rebecca he will do what ever it takes in order to get Ethan and Gwen married. Rebecca tells him they cannot let Ivy know about any of their plans. Ivy walks in at the precise moment and asks them what they are up to. Julian tells Ivy they are just talking about Ethan and Gwen. Ethan enters the mansion with Gwen in tow. Rebecca says it was such a terrible night for all of them and they are all drained and asks permission to spend the night at the mansion. Julian immediately agrees to the request. Rebecca gives Gwen one of Ivy's beautiful night gowns. She tells her to put it on and that she will have to sleep with Ethan. Rebecca tells Gwen she is going to have to use her sexuality to get Ethan back. She tells Gwen it works for her so it will work for Gwen as well. She convinces Gwen that she can get Ethan in bed. Julian has taken out the maps for the land they own at the ruins. Ethan wants to go with his parents to the ruins to help in the search and rescue operation but Rebecca and his parents say no! Ivy tells Julian she is going to go with him to the ruins to be with Pilar. She hopes nothing bad has happened to Pilar's son. Ethan wonders where Gwen is and Rebecca tells him she has put her to bed. Theresa shows up at the mansion and she tells Rebecca when she is married to Ethan, she will pay her back for trying to get her out of the country. Rebecca tells Theresa that Ethan is busy at the moment, making love to Gwen. Theresa does not believe that Gwen is in bed with Ethan. In his room, Ethan calls Theresa and leaves a message, telling her he loves her. He removes his clothes and goes to the wash room. Gwen sneaks into his room and gets in Ethan's bed. She take a glass of water and puts water drops in her eyes to make it look like she is crying. She begins to sob uncontrollably, trying to lure Ethan out of the bathroom. Ethan finally comes out when he hears the loud sobs. Gwen tells Ethan is just feels so natural for her to be with him in the bed they have shared many times before. She asks Ethan to put his arms around her and hold her one more time. Ethan tells Gwen he will hold her but he will not make love to her. Rebecca brings Theresa up to Ethan's room. She dares Theresa to open Ethan's bedroom door. She opens it and is shocked to see Ethan and Gwen in bed kissing!

Hank/Pierre:
Pierre tells Hank now that Luis is removed as Sheridan's body guard, he has the perfect opportunity to kill her. Hank is outside Sam's house and Grace comes out. She tells Hanks that she is on her way to the ruins and informs him what has happened. Hank tells Grace he will go to the ruins. When they get there, Pierre shows up and tells Hank to kill Sheridan. He doesn't have to shoot her, he can just push her down a mine shaft. Now that Luis is in love with Sheridan, Pierre tells Hank Sheridan is no more interested in him so he should not have any trouble killing her.

Luis/Sheridan:
Luis and Sheridan are driving to the ruins to help with the rescue effort. Sheridan asks Luis if he is okay and he tells her he is fine. He tells Sheridan he hopes they can share many more memorable evenings. He is worried that he will not be able to stay close to Sheridan at the ruins. Sheridan puts a tape in the car stereo and we hear their love song. Luis promises Sheridan they will take off after everyone is found at the ruins. Sheridan informs Luis that where they are going is all Crane property.

The Harmony Ruins:
Sam and his rescue team are searching for Tabitha and the kids at the ruins. Reese tells Sam of the golden light they saw and the fact that the earth shook like an earth quake. Suddenly, the earth opens and Simone is almost swooped into a mine pit. Charity, Tabitha and Timmy wonders who is doing all the screaming. Kay and Miguel are in the mine tunnels, trying to find Charity. Miguel tells Kay they are not leaving until he finds Charity. Kay tells Miguel everything she remembers about being in the shaft with Charity and admits that she is scared of Charity. Tabitha is worried that Grace Bennett will find the box and use the powers of goodness to put an end to her, Timmy and Charity. Evil Charity tells Tabitha the only way they are going to get rid of the box is to destroy the mine shaft. Miguel questions Kay as to why she is scared of Charity. Kay tells Miguel she thought she was only living a dream at first but explains about the box, the bright golden light, St. Michael and everything that happened while Miguel was out! She tells Miguel she say Charity with her own eyes and she knows she is evil. Miguel tells Kay she is crazy but Kay insists they have to stay away from Charity. Sam is telling TC and the others as they arrive that he is not sure what is going on. He does know one thing for sure however and that is the mines were supposed to be all sealed by the Crane family. He blames the Crane's for what has happened and he apologizes to Sheridan. Sam orders Julian to get to the ruins. He tells Julian he will bring him down if any thing bad happens to any of the kids or Tabitha. He reminds him the mines were supposed to have been sealed off years ago so he is holding Julian responsible and can in fact have him charged. Miguel is angry with Kay for saying nasty things about Charity. Charity is mad at Kay as she is the cause for keeping Miguel away from her. Charity wants to teach Kay a lesson. A flick of Charity's finger tips and we see Kay falling in quick sand. Miguel tries to save her. Grace is crying and is very upset. Sam comforts her. Timmy is complaining about the bugs in the mine shaft. Evil Charity elevates Timmy and leave him hanging in mid air due to his complaining. Now that Charity has finished Kay, she is going to finish Miguel. Miguel is trying desperately to save Kay. When he rescues Kay, she tells Miguel that she was sure something was pushing her in the quick sand and it was Charity. She tries to convince Miguel Charity has evil powers. Tabitha stands up to Charity and tells her she is the major screw up this time. Having Miguel with Kay, she is sure Kay will tell him everything. Charity cries out for Miguel in her normal voice. Miguel wants to rush to save Charity but Kay nods her head NO - she does not want him to go near her. Julian arrives at the ruins. Luis grabs him and tells him the situation is all his fault. Sheridan is very angry with Julian as well. Chad wants to go into the mine shaft to help save the others. Whitney tells him that is too dangerous as does TC. Grace has visions of the box in the mine shaft. Kay warns Miguel to stay away from Charity but he will not have anything to do with that. Kay then asks Miguel to look into her eyes when they find her. Charity knows most of the town of Harmony are at the ruins. She tells Tabitha and Timmy she is going to finish off Miguel and they the entire town of Harmony! Suddenly, Timmy who has been levitating in mid air, falls to the ground.

The Crane Mansion:
Rebecca is with Theresa outside Ethan's bedroom door. Gwen asks Ethan to put his arms around him so she can sleep. Ethan obliges and they kiss. Rebecca tells Theresa that Ethan is in love with Gwen and always will be. Theresa opens the bedroom door and sees them in bed together kissing. Of course, Rebecca is rubbing the situation in Theresa's face. Theresa cannot tolerate to hear what Rebecca is telling her and reminds Rebecca that Ethan is in love her. Rebecca wonders if Ethan and Gwen in bed together is how he shows Theresa he loves her? Rebecca then asks Theresa if Ethan has ever made love to her. A devastated Theresa screams out in anger. Ethan looks up and sees Theresa while Gwen has a self satisfactory look on her face that says: NA NA NA NA NA!! Ethan tells Theresa he can explain but Theresa leaves. As Ethan tries to run after Theresa, Rebecca stops him. Ethan tells Rebecca she has set up the whole situation. Rebecca is denying it and Gwen is fuming behind his back. On her way down the stair case, Theresa is crying her heart out. She has flash backs to Ethan's pledge of love to her and many other events of the past, including Rebecca telling her she was played for a fool. As Theresa is remembering a beautiful song is playing that states, "I loved you with all of my heart." Ethan gets dressed and he tells Rebecca not to act like she does not know about setting him up. Rebecca reflects on how she set Gwen up in this situation. Ethan asks Gwen if this is the type of person she is. Gwen again tries to convince Ethan that Theresa is not right for him. Ethan stands up to Rebecca and poor Rebecca is really taken aback by his manners. Gwen is taking a fit and wonders how she will ever get Ethan back. Rebecca assures her she will end up with the Crane title. Ethan finds Theresa outside. He yells for her but she screams at him to leave her alone and she runs off...

The Harmony Ruins:
While things may be rocking at the Crane mansion, the good people of Harmony who are at the ruins are being stoned! Luis asks Pilar how come he was not told about Theresa helping with Ethan's wedding. He is angry and says he does not want his sister near Ethan Crane. When Julian and Ivy arrive at the ruins with the maps of the tunnels, Luis attacks Julian. Sam breaks them up. Pierre tells Hank that he has to push Sheridan over the edge into a mine shaft. He uses Sheridan's love for Luis as bait to get Hank to do it. Chad insists he should go down into the mine shaft to help look for his friends. TC tells him clearly that he is not to go down in the mine. Grace has a premonition of the "box" and she says "All hope may be lost." Miguel and Kay are trying to find Charity. Kay insists that Miguel look into Charity's eyes when he finds her so he will know she is pure evil. Charity tells Tabitha and Timmy she is planning to kill the residents of Harmony one by one. Timmy falls and the box starts to shake. Tabitha and Charity order Timmy to grab it. As Timmy is approaching the box, Tabitha is remembering the appearance of St. Michael. Julian asks Sheridan why she is so concerned all of a sudden for Luis' family. Sheridan tells Julian he is to blame for what has happened at the ruins as the Crane's were to have the mines sealed years ago. Julian replies by telling Sheridan he has done his share by bringing the maps to the ruins. Julian asks Sheridan flat out if she has fallen for Luis again. Pilar asks Sam and Luis how she can help out. Luis tells her she can make sure every one has water. Sam and Luis examine the plans of the mines and hope there will be no cave ins. Chad still insists he will go into the mine shaft to save his friends. He tells TC that he has no family so no one will care if he lives or dies. Whitney tells Chad he is wrong about that. Grace continues to have premonitions about the box and says it has the power to stop all evil. The box must be opened. In the shaft, Charity and Tabitha are telling Timmy to grab the box. Timmy is the only one who can stop the box. Should they touch it, they will be finished. Timmy approaches the box but it keeps moving ahead. Grace senses that the box is trying to open but something is stopping it. Eve questions Grace about the box. Timmy finally gets to the box. Tabitha puts rocks and dirt over the box to hide it. Evil Charity senses that Grace Bennett is behind the box wanting to open so she vows she will take care of the situation. Grace suddenly has a terrible feeling that everyone is going to die. Hanks sees his chance to push Sheridan down the mine shaft. Julian once again asks Sheridan if she has fallen for Luis. Sheridan is about to answer when the ground suddenly starts to shake. Evil Charity is causing hugs rocks and boulders to fly and aims to kill the residents of Harmony. Miguel and Kay wonder what the noise is. Kay tells Miguel she is sure it is Charity and that she is trying to kill them. As the rocks fly, everyone is fighting for their lives. All of a sudden there is a cave in where Miguel and Kay are. Miguel gets covered up with dirt and debris but he manages to get up. Kay calls for Miguel's help but she gets displaced into the wall of the mine. Miguel is trying to break down the blockade that is separating him and Kay. The rocks continue to fly up above. Luis saves Sheridan's life as Hank tries to throw her in the mine shaft. Hank sees them kissing. Sam saves Eve and Grace. Julian is running away from the disaster leaving his poor Ivy alone. Sam wants to save Ivy. Julian is hiding behind a rock drinking from his flask. Sam calls Julian a coward! Miguel continues to try and find Kay. Kay is in another mine shaft. She is alone and very scared. She tries to talk herself into waking up from a bad dream. Charity decides she is going to put Sam and Ivy out of their misery as she continues to cause havoc up above. Sam risks his life for Ivy. Julian is still hiding and drinking from his flask. Grace notices that this is the second time Sam has saved Ivy's life. As a big bolder comes right at them, TC falls. Whitney screams for her dad and Chad runs to try and save him. The rock hits Chad and he falls down the mine shaft. Tabitha wonders if anyone is dead but Charity tells her everyone survived. Charity says the big rock that knocked Chad in the mine shaft will be the last thing Miguel ever sees. With no luck trying to find Kay, Miguel tries to find another was around the tunnel. As he turns, he sees the big rock coming toward him. Suddenly, a bright chandelier appears in the room where Kay is. She again wonders if she is dreaming. Suddenly a woman appears. She tells Kay she has been waiting for her for a long time. She promises Kay she will give her everything she has ever wanted. When the rocks have stooped flying, Julian is brushing himself off. Ivy comes up to him and slaps him hard across the face. She calls him a coward. He asks Ivy why should he have to save her life when Sam is always around to do it. Ivy tells Julian he is a sorry excuse for a man. Chad is unconscious on a shelf in the mine shaft. Julian wants to talk to Ivy about Sam Bennett but Ivy tells Julian to go straight to hell. He wonders why Sam saves her life if he hates the Cranes so much. Grace suddenly tells him she knows why! Luis and Sam are going to try and rescue Chad. Sheridan kisses Luis for good luck while Pierre reminds Hank that Sheridan is a sitting duck. All he has to do is sneak up behind her and shove her in the mine shaft. Chad is waking up on the ledge. Sam yells at Chad telling him not to move. As he is waking up, Chad is rolling over... Charity slams Tabitha and Timmy into the wall telling them that it is time for them to die. The rock fast approaches Miguel but he has no where to go...

The Crane Mansion:
Gwen thanks her mother for screwing up the situation with Ethan. She tells Rebecca Ethan thinks we set him up and Rebecca reminds her that that is indeed what they did do. Gwen rants on that she has lost Ethan as he has gone off after Theresa. Rebecca tells Gwen she has to remain focused. Rebecca and Gwen see Theresa through the window as she is crying her eyes out. Rebecca tells Gwen that the young tramp will never feel the same way about Ethan again now that she has seen them in bed. She tells her before too long the young "Cinderella" will be back scrubbing floors and Gwen will end up with the title. Again, Rebecca tells Gwen she will marry Ethan but has to stay focused. Gwen tells her mother she has always loved Ethan and Rebecca reminds her she got Ethan too easily and never had any competition. Gwen believes she has been a total fool and knows that Theresa will stop at nothing to become Ethan's bride. When Ethan gets to Theresa, she yells at him that she does not want to go through more pain. If Ethan wants Gwen then he can have her; she does not care any more! Ethan begs Theresa not to cry. He admits he does love Gwen but he also loves her too. Theresa tells Ethan that she could not love two men at the same time and wonders how he could be with Gwen? She told Ethan she was upset when she saw the two of them together in bed. Ethan tells Theresa that Rebecca set her up and wanted Theresa to see exactly what she saw. Ethan explains to Theresa how he came to be in bed with Gwen and the fact that he told Gwen he would not make love to her. Theresa tells Ethan she believes him but it still hurt so much to see him with Gwen. Ethan is furious with Rebecca and tells Theresa he could kill Rebecca if she was not Gwen's mother. Ethan is sorry for putting Theresa through so much pain and he tells her he loves her so very much. Gwen tells her mother she cannot watch the spectacular taking place. Rebecca tells her she has to watch and has to burn the image of Theresa and Ethan in her mind. Gwen tells Rebecca she hates that manipulative bitch! Gwen starts to panic wondering what if Ethan should choose Theresa over her. Rebecca tells her that will not happen as Ethan's mother would not let him marry Theresa. Ethan promises Theresa that all these problems will be resolved very soon. Theresa tells him the only way anything can be resolved is by someone getting married. Ethan agrees with her and tells her that the situation will be resolved before the evening is over...

The Harmony Ruins:
Kay is in a room in the mine shaft, thinking she is dreaming especially when a light comes on. A woman appears telling Kay she has been waiting for her so she can give Kay everything she has ever wanted. Kay is really confused. Chad is lying on a ledge in the mine shaft. Ivy tells Julian to go to hell as he wonders why Sam is always coming to her rescue. Luis goes to get some rope so they can rescue Chad form the ledge. Pierre tells Hank to kill Sheridan. Tabitha and Timmy are at evil Charity's mercy. Timmy wonders if the bolder will kill Miguel. Miguel tries to out run the bolder. Grace tells Julian she knows why Sam is always rescuing Ivy. It is because he cares about the people of Harmony and he is the best Chief of Police the town ever had. Ivy questions Julian as it appears he is going to help in the rescue effort. He tells her he is not going to help but only making sure that no one will be able to sue the Cranes. Eve tells Ivy she is getting too close to Sam and the truth about her past coming out. She tells her to stay away from Sam. Hank positions himself to push Sheridan into the mine shaft when Luis shows up and asks him what he thinks he is doing. Sheridan was unaware that Hank was behind her. Kay asks the women what she means by the fact that she will give her what her heart desired. Kay is confused and wonders why this woman knows her name. She tells Kay to follow her to her hearts desire. Charity tells Tabitha and Timmy to prepare to die! Tabitha asks Charity if they can have a few minutes to contemplate their lives. Timmy reflects on his life and we see a number of scenes from his life with Tabitha as a song is played with the line "You're the one for all of my life." Charity says good bye to Tabitha and Timmy as she begins to zap them. Miguel is running to try to escape the boulder. Whitney is pleading with Chad not to move. TC tells Whitney Chad probably cannot hear her as he appears to be unconscious. Hank tells Luis and Sheridan he did not realize he was so close to Sheridan, he only wanted to see what was happening with Chad. Sheridan kisses Luis and wishes him good luck in rescuing Chad. Eve sees how happy Sheridan and Luis are and she is happy for them. Sam gets ready to repel own the side of the mine shaft to bring up Chad. Sam starts going down the sides of the shaft slowly. Kay is totally amazed at the room she is in and tells the lady a person could stay there for ever. She informs Kay that she has stayed there for ever and then Kay believe her to be an old woman hiding in a bomb shelter trying to avoid the cold war. She tells Kay she is not hiding from the cold war at all. She tells Kay her true hearts desire is Miguel. Kay wonders if this woman is a psychic. She tells Kay had it not been for Charity, Miguel would be hers. Kay tells her that is what Tabitha her neighbor told her. The woman tells Kay she knows Tabitha and that they go way back. She also tells Kay that Tabitha will soon be coming to see her. She will arrive as soon as Tabitha extracts herself from the shocking situation she currently finds herself in! Miguel steps into a corner of the mine shaft while the bolder rolls right past him. Charity suddenly stops zapping Tabitha and Timmy as she realizes Miguel has avoided the bolder. Charity is very angry about this and causes a cave in. Flying debris falls and hits Miguel knocking him to the ground. Everyone is watching Sam scale down the mine shaft. Suddenly they all hear a noise and wonder what it is. It is a cave in, the same cave in that Charity is causing. Miguel is running through the falling debris while Sam is hanging in mid air. Ivy screams out Sam's name and Pilar tells her not to give away her secret past. In the hidden room, the woman shows Kay what it is she wanted to show her. It is a mirror. She tells Kay to look into the mirror as she will see her hearts desire. Kay wants to see so the woman tells her to keep looking. Kay sees herself and Miguel making love. It seems so real to Kay. The woman tells Kay tat Miguel will be in the room very soon. Suddenly, Miguel is sucked through a wall! Charity, Tabitha and Timmy hear a laugh. Tabitha realizes that Kay and Miguel have found Hecuba's cave. They have to find her cave as it is a powerful cave belonging to a powerful witch Tabitha knew from many years ago. The woman tells Kay that her name is Hecuba as Miguel comes through the wall. Miguel wonders where he is as Kay explains that it belongs to ... to ... but she cannot find the woman as she seems to have disappeared! Sam continues to try to get to Chad. The rope suddenly slips and Sam is falling. Grace scream out Sam's name. Charity, Tabitha and Timmy look for the cave. They have to find it before Miguel and Kay figure out the great power it possesses or they know they will all die. Miguel tells Kay they have to find Charity. Once again, Kay tries to convince Miguel that Charity is evil. Miguel tells Kay she is in shock due to the fall in the mine shaft. Kay asks Miguel to look in the mirror. Miguel sees Charity zapping him while Kay sees her making love to Miguel. They both see two different things and Miguel tells Kay what he sees is not possible. Kay tells him that it is indeed possible. Sam tells everyone he is all right but the ledge that Chad is on is suddenly falling away. Kay and Miguel are seeing two different images in the mirror as Hecuba states she is about to have three more visitors. Charity says that Kay and Miguel have to die now. Tabitha finds the door to the cave. Charity is preparing to kill Miguel and Kay. TC tells Whitney that Sam will save Chad. Julian thinks Sam is insane and hopes Grace does not have any ideas about suing the Cranes for wrongful death. Sam reaches for Chad but Chad and the ledge suddenly fall...

The Crane Mansion:
Ethan brings Theresa into the living room, telling her that he is going to get Gwen to come sit down with them and discuss the situation they find themselves in. This has to be settled. Ethan goes and asks Gwen to come down to the living room so they can all talk. Gwen is furious and tells Ethan she does not want anything to do with Theresa Lopez-Fitzgerald. Rebecca tells Gwen to do as Ethan asks. Ethan tells her if she does not come downstairs, he will take it as a sign that she does not want to be a part of his life any more. When Gwen is alone with Rebecca, she again tells her mother she is not having a sit down with Theresa. In the living room, Ethan finds Theresa shaking. Theresa tells Ethan she cannot help it as her whole life is on the line. Gwen tells her mother she is not going downstairs and act like Theresa is her equal. Rebecca tells her she has to face that witch and show Ethan that she is better than Theresa. Rebecca tells her she is going to have to act vulnerable. Gwen agrees to do this if that is what her mother thinks is best. Rebecca then tells Gwen she can get revenge on Theresa once she and Ethan are finally married. Theresa tells Ethan that this is the first time she is in the Crane house as an equal. Ethan tells her she has always been an equal but asks her if she really feels that different. Theresa explains that the Crane house represents people's dreams and she is now in the house as a woman in love. At least she has come that far. Rebecca picks out an outfit for Gwen to wear so she can go downstairs. Again she tells Gwen she is going to have to be hypocritical to get Ethan back again. What ever Gwen does when she goes downstairs will determine if she will become Mrs. Ethan Crane or not!

Hecuba's Cave:
With a wave of her hand, the witch Hecuba closes the door of her cave on Charity, Tabitha and Timmy. Charity is furious and they reopen the door to the cave. Hecuba sends bats flying out at them. Kay and Miguel are still looking in the mirror and Miguel realizes that Charity is in fact trying to kill him. Kay and Miguel know they are both seeing different things in the mirror. Miguel wants desperately to get out of the cave so he can find Charity. Hecuba puts Kay and Miguel in another room as she determines it is not time for them to meet up with Charity, Tabitha and Timmy yet. Charity hears Hecuba's laugh and she is furious. Charity uses her powers to zap through the solid rock wall to find the door to the cave and they reenter the cave. Hecuba tells them that Kay and Miguel are not there because they had another engagement. Charity is frustrated and tells Hecuba she is going to pay with her life. Charity starts zapping Hecuba but nothing is touching her. Hecuba welcomes Tabitha and tells her it is nice to see her again. Tabitha puts on the sweet act and asks Hecuba if it is really her! Hecuba reminds Tabitha it has been three hundred years since they have seen each other and since Tabitha put a curse on her that closed her in the cave. Miguel and Kay are back in a tunnel of one of the mines. Kay hears the laughter and wonders what it is. Kay falls and hurts her arm and Miguel rips a piece of cloth from his pants to tie off the cut. Miguel tells Kay they have to be strong and find a way out of the mine. Hecuba's tells Charity her zapping nonsense does not work in her cave. Timmy asks Tabitha why every witch hates her. Hecuba tells Tabitha her powers are strong as she has had three hundred years to work on them. She tells Timmy she knows his future and invites him to come look in her mirror. Timmy sees himself at a book signing surrounded by beautiful women. Naturally, he is very excited. Tabitha wishes to see her future as well. What she sees really disturbs her. She sees and old decrepit woman who looks like a prune. Charity tells her she will look that way because she will not get her powers back. Charity then wants to know what the mirror can tell the evil spirits. Hecuba tells her, her mirror cannot tell Charity her future. Charity is mad. Hecuba sends Tabitha, Timmy and Charity away as she wants to take a rest. When they are back in the mine, Charity tells them it is now time to kill Miguel. Kay and Miguel have taken another path to try to find Charity. Miguel finally finds her. When Charity turns around, her eyes are glowing and Kay tells Miguel they are going to die. Miguel asks Charity if she is all right. Charity laughs and tells Miguel that the vision he saw in the mirror is about to become reality. Tabitha is excited. She tells Timmy that victory is finally theirs as Charity prepares to finish Miguel off!

The Harmony Ruins:
Sam managed to get Chad before he falls in the mine shaft. Luis, Hank and TC are pulling Sam and Chad up but the rope is starting to fray. Julian looks suspiciously at Ivy as she is so concerned for Sam. Pilar reminds Ivy not to ruin her life so she had better act normal. Hanks tells Sam to grab his hand as the rope finally snaps. He manages to pull Sam and Chad to safety. Ivy sees Sam and Grace share a tender moment. Sam tells Grace nothing could ever take him away from her. Sam tells Hank that he is very proud of him and their father would be proud as well. Hank tells Sam there is a lot about him that he doesn't know about. Chad is unconscious. Grace and Pilar know they need water but they do not want to leave the site in case one of their children are rescued. They ask Sheridan if she could go to the spring not far from the original settlement to get water. Pierre orders Hanks to follow Sheridan and kill her while nobody is around. Eve examines Chad and tells Whitney that he is going to be okay and she asks her to watch him. Eve is upset at how Whitney seems to care for Chad and she tells her she hopes she is not falling for Chad. He is not the kind of boy her daughter should become involved with. Luis wonders where Sheridan is and finds out she went up to the spring. He cannot find Hank and knows he probably went with Sheridan. Luis says he feels okay if Sheridan is with Hank as he will protect her. TC and Sam have an idea of another rescue attempt. Sheridan is looking for the spring. She walks into a branch of a tree and falls down. She hears voices of the spirits of the original settlement. They are telling her to beware and be careful. Sheridan sees the spirits and she wants to know what is going on! She tells the spirits she knows them; they are Sam, Grace and Charity. She asks them who wants to kill her. They tell her now that she has found Luis they will kill her. Pierre gives Hank a gun and tells him to shoot her. Chad is still unconscious and he is dreaming. He is telling Eve and TC that he is in love with Whitney but her parents are totally against it. Chad starts talking in his sleep and tells Whitney that he loves her but they can never be together because of her parents. Whitney is crying. Sam wants to go down in the mine but Ivy screams. Julian again wonders about Ivy and Sam. Ivy asks Julian to go down in the mine but naturally, Julian will not even hear of it. Charity becomes aware of another rescue attempt and uses her powers to destroy the latest effort. Sam is safe but everyone is concerned about him ~ especially Ivy. The spirits again warn Sheridan that they are coming to kill her. She faints. Chad tells Whitney in his sleep that he will always love her. Whitney kisses Chad. Everyone asks Sam what they are going to do next to try and rescue the kids. Julian tells Sam he wishes there was something Crane Industries could do. Sam tells him he had better come through or he will be spending time in jail. Julian looks worried...

The Crane Mansion:
Ethan is calling for Gwen to come downstairs and talk to him and Theresa. She tells Rebecca she does not want to do this. Rebecca tells her she has to show Ethan that she is the one woman to stand by him. Rebecca continues by saying there is no way that Ethan will choose Theresa over Gwen as he is really in love with Gwen and he hardly knows Theresa. Should Ethan compare Gwen to Theresa, he will not spend the rest of his life with Theresa. Ethan is telling Theresa that Gwen is hurt and angry right now. Theresa finds a photo album full of pictures of Ethan and Gwen that go way back. Theresa asks Ethan why he fell in love with her? He tells her that she is wonderful. Theresa tells Ethan that she has never done anything important and she is a "doesn't kind of matter girl." She believes she is just fooling herself as Gwen is a perfect fit in Ethan's world. Ethan tells Theresa that when he marries it will be out of love and not social status. He admits that he does still love Gwen. He tells Theresa he is being as honest as he can be and he just cannot erase his past and the fact that he has been in love with Gwen for so long. He again tells Theresa that in spite of everything, he loves her and Gwen does not want to share him with Theresa. Ethan stresses again that they are going to work things out tonight. Ethan gives Theresa a hug as Rebecca and Gwen walk into the living room. Ethan tells Gwen he is glad that she came down. He asks Rebecca to leave as he wants to be alone with Gwen and Theresa and he has had more than enough of her meddling. He continues to tell off Rebecca by stating that what happened was not Theresa's fault and she set Theresa up. Rebecca calls Theresa names and Ethan tells her not to do that. Rebecca continues to tell Ethan that Gwen is the one who really has a good reason to be angry. Ethan tells her he is sick of her excuses and he wants her to leave NOW! Ethan tells the ladies that he is sorry he has put them in this horrible position. He needs time to resolve the problem and figure out what to do about it. In the back ground, Rebecca is eavesdropping and says Ethan had better choose Gwen or he won't live to see thirty. Ethan tells the girls he is at fault for hurting both of them. Gwen tells Ethan he needs time to think so he should go away for a while. Perhaps Europe would be good. Theresa tells Ethan he can't go away as she will die without him. Ethan continues to speak from his heart and says he stands to loose both of them. He does not want to follow in his father's footsteps or those of all the Crane men that came before him. His marriage has to be based on honesty. He is not like Julian in that way. He wants to fight the Crane DNA and not do what all the Crane men before him have done. Ethan is aware that his family is disgusted with him for not doing that and they probably think he is less than a Crane. Gwen tells Ethan that is why they belong together as they are form the same world, the same social class. Ethan continues to say that if he was not a Crane he expects his life would be much easier. Theresa remembers having a conversation with Pilar about Ethan's parentage. Theresa tells Ethan she wants to tell him something ... something he should know ... IS SHE ABOUT TO REVEAL THE SECRET...?

The Harmony Ruins:
Chad is talking while he is unconscious and Whitney is listening. Sam tells Julian he can and will send him to jail unless he helps them rescue Tabitha and the children who are trapped in the mines. Grace has another premonition and proclaims that the children are going to die. As Whitney is kissing Chad, he opens his eyes. Sam tell Julian that he has to bring in a crew from Crane Industries. Julian refuses to do that. Pilar pleads with him and again Julian tells them he cannot do what they are asking of him. Sam and the others tell Ivy that her husband is a most despicable kind of man. Ivy agrees with them. Eve tries to clam Grace. She tells Eve that she senses a different kind of danger that the children are in. It is danger from pure evil. Her premonition shows that something evil is going to happen. Chad asks Whitney what happened. They were in the middle of something special and as soon as he opened his eyes, Whitney is turning her back on him -- again. Whitney tells him it has to do with Tiffany and she does not want anything to do with a guy who would put a girl in the situation Chad put her in. Pilar begs Ivy to try and persuade Julian. Ivy says she does not think she could make a difference but she does agree to try. Ivy asks Julian how he cannot do what Sam asks of him. Julian replies yet again that the request is impossible. He would have to call in crews off other jobs and that would cost a small fortune! Everyone realizes that Julian will not accommodate their request as it has to do with money! Sam tells Julian he will cite him under the good Samaritan law. He orders him to get a construction crew up to the mines now! He also reminds him that he committed a crime by not sealing up the mines as he was supposed to do in the first place. Julian tells Sam he is a public servant and he does not take orders from him. Sam reminds him that at the moment he is a father with a daughter and a niece who are lost in the mine. He is trying to save lives and Julian is refusing to help. Pilar tells Julian that God will reward him if he does this deed. Julian becomes very irritated and tells everyone they are all a bunch of hypocrites. They all go around bad mouthing the Cranes and now they want his help. Grace looks Julian directly in the eyes and ask him if he is going to help them or not. Chad is telling Whitney he never met any girl by the name of Tiffany and if he had got her pregnant he would stand by her as he does not run away from his responsibilities. He cannot do the same thing to a baby as his mother did to him. He tells Whitney he has been more open with her and he really thought Whitney knew him better than that. He asks her if she really thinks he would do something like that. Whitney tells him it does not matter as he is better. She starts to walk away. Chad begs her not to walk away from him. Chad begs Whitney to believe him and not to run out on her feelings. He asks her point blank if she feels the same way about him as he feels about her. Grace asks Julian again to please help them. Ivy tells him that he finally has a chance to make other people see him is a different light. Pilar begs him as well. Julian tells them he cannot do what they want him to do. The crowd is getting mad at Julian and Sam tells him he hopes he rots in hell. Again Julian tells them he will not help them because he cannot. Suddenly, Julian is sucked down the mine shaft and everyone is just staring in disbelief... Will he help them now?...

The Mineshaft:
Evil Charity is telling Miguel that she is going to kill him. Charity starts to zap Miguel. Kay yells at Charity to please leave Miguel alone. Miguel asks Charity why she is doing this? He is pleading with her and Charity is fighting with her good and evil spirits. Miguel tells Charity he wants to help her because he loves her. Charity tells Miguel she will not hurt him but when she turns around to face him, her eyes are glowing. He tells Charity they will be out of the mine soon. Charity goes to Miguel and starts to choke him, crushing the life out of his lungs... As Charity is killing Miguel, Kay asks Tabitha for help. Tabitha refuses and calls her a spoiled little brat. Charity throws Miguel into the wall. He gets up as he fights for air. Charity is spazing again as the pendant shines. Timmy is encouraging the good Charity to win over the evil Charity. Charity suddenly falls to the ground and Timmy is worried that she is dead. Suddenly, the pendant is shining and Charity wakes up. Kay tells Miguel they have to get out of there now. Miguel can make no sense out of anything. He tells Kay he cannot leave Charity but Kay insists they leave and they will come back for her when they get help. Tabitha walks over to Charity who is on the ground and tells her that Kay and Miguel are getting away. Charity says they will never get away. Kay and Miguel find an old mine cart and they try to get it to move but the breaks are stuck. Charity tells them they cannot escape from her. Miguel finally gets the break off and he jumps inside the moving car. Charity yells after them that she will find them and kill them...

The Crane Mansion:
Theresa tells Ethan that there may be a way to resolve the situation between her and Gwen by telling him there is something he should know. As she starts to tell Ethan, the phone rings. It is Pilar. Ethan tells Theresa to take the call in the foyer. Theresa is all excited with hope of telling Ethan he is not a real Crane. Pilar asks her how she plans to get Ethan to marry her and Theresa tells Pilar she is going to tell Ethan he is Sam Bennett's son. Luis takes the phone from Pilar as she almost faints at what Theresa is planing on doing. Pilar recovers and tells Theresa she cannot tell Ethan he is not a Crane, she prohibits Theresa from telling him. Gwen asks Rebecca what on earth Theresa is up to? Again Theresa tells Pilar that Ethan can be with her if he is not a Crane. Knowing the truth would take him away from Gwen forever. Pilar tells Theresa Ivy will make sure Theresa will never see Ethan again and she will deny that Ethan is Sam's son. All the papers proving Ethan's paternity have been destroyed. Pilar even tells her daughter she will even tell people Theresa is lying if she goes through with her plan; especially since Theresa has no way of proving Ethan's parentage. Asking for a promise not to do this, Theresa tells her mother she will do the right thing. Ethan come to the foyer to see Theresa. He wants to finish the talk they are having with Gwen. He knows Theresa wants to resolve the situation as well. Theresa tells him she wants it resolved more than he would ever know as she clutches her lap top computer that contains scans of all the papers that have been destroyed. When Ethan and Theresa return to the living room Ethan again asks Rebecca to leave. She goes around the corner to eavesdrop. Ethan again states that if he was not a Crane he is sure things would be different. Theresa then asks him if he wasn't a Crane what would happen because of that? Rebecca is suddenly confused by Theresa's question and Gwen just glares at Theresa with her evil eye...

The Harmony Ruins:
Sheridan wakes up after fainting from seeing the spirits that are warning her about evil things that will happen to her. She wonders if she has been seeing things. The spirits return and warn Sheridan that someone is coming to kill her. Hank has a gun. Pierre tells him to shoot her now that he has a clear shot at her. Julian falls in the mine shaft. Ivy runs over to the spot where Julian fell in and we see that Julian is unconscious laying on the ground. Julian hears a voice telling him to "come to me..." Miguel and Kay escape from evil Charity in the mine cart. The spirits are telling Sheridan to beware of the danger. Eve tells Ivy she should not worry. Ivy seeks refuge in Sam's arms and tells him this is a nightmare. Eve sees thins and knows Ivy will do anything to get Sam to look at her. Kay tells Miguel that Charity is beyond evil as the mine cart goes faster on the track. Julian is laying on the track and Kay and Miguel see him. They cannot stop the cart. It is headed straight for Julian ... he lets out a yell! Sheridan screams and yells. She wants the voices to go away. Pierre tells Hank to kill her so Sam will find out about Hank's unsorted past. He wants her dead because Sheridan can destroy their business. Hank points the gun at Sheridan. Hearing the plea from the spirits again, Sheridan begins running. Pierre orders Hank to go after her and kill her. Sheridan suddenly falls. Hank is calling her name and he suddenly grabs her and gags her mouth with his hand. Ivy is telling Sam she has nothing to do with Crane Industries but she will see what she can do about getting a crew up at the mine site. Grace tells Ivy what she is doing is very nobel especially going against Julian's wishes. Ivy needs to know if Julian is all right and Grace asks Sam to take care of Ivy. As the cart comes bounding upon Julian he declares he is too rich to die and he jumps out of the way of the cart! Miguel finally manages to stop the cart. He tells Kay he loves her. He tells Kay he is confused by Charity but he had to get away as he knew Charity would have killed him. They know there has to be a way out of the mine. Kay tells Miguel she has something to tell him. She wants him to know what is in her heart in case they never get out of the mine alive. She admits her love for him. Miguel tells Kay he loves her too but she tells him that she is in love with him and always has been. Julian is stumbling around and he falls in Hecuba's cave. Hecuba calls out his name and tells him she has been waiting for him. Sam tells Ivy he is glad she called for a crew to come to the mine site and Julian could die. Suddenly the idea of being a widow appeals to Ivy. She tells the crew from Crane Industries there is no real hurry for them to get there. Julian wonders who he is speaking to. He sees a beautiful room and realizes it is Crane property. He hides from Hecuba when he first sees her and wants to know who she is. Hecuba bids Julian a fair welcome. Kay tells Miguel what she saw in Hecuba's mirror and asks Miguel if he could have loved her. Timmy comes up with a bright idea and wants to make a deal with evil Charity. He asks if they can forget everything that has happened and call it even. Charity has a better idea. By the time she is finished she tells Tabitha and Timmy there will not be any one alive in Harmony. Miguel tells Kay he loves Charity but if she never came to Harmony then he would have loved her. Sheridan sees Hanks and she tells him he scared her. She recounted the story of the ghosts and the spirits and how they told her to run as someone is trying to kill her. Hank looks at the ground and sees the gun he dropped. As Pilar hangs up from talking to Theresa on the phone, she hopes Theresa will not go through with her plan to tell Ethan about his parentage. Luis wonders where Sheridan is and tells Pilar they have found each other again. Pilar almost has a heart attack and mentions oh no -- all this and what is going on with Ethan too. Luis wonders what Ethan has to do with anything. Of course, Pilar does not tell him. Miguel tells Kay that just before Charity came to town he was going to start dating her. He could have loved her. They hug in the cart. They kiss passionately and the cart starts going again. Tabitha and Timmy are walking down the track and she tells Timmy they are in worse trouble they have been before. She tells Timmy when Charity is around to zip his lip! The cart is coming down the track. Timmy and Tabitha are in the way and Charity is coming towards the cart waiting to destroy Miguel and Kay as they continue to kiss. Hecuba tells Julian that she lives here. Julian reminds her this is Crane property and so he should charge her rent. Hecuba tells Julian she admires the Cranes. She brings him to the mirror and tells him to look carefully. He sees two people making love and is excited about his own private porn movie. It is Sam and Ivy making love. Ivy tells Sam there is a crew on the way. She tells Sam to save the children and Tabitha first. If Julian dies, he will never know about Sam and Ivy. Pilar tells Luis Hank is going to be angry with him as he is taking Sheridan from him. He was always angry as a child and probably will act the same way as an adult Sheridan tells Hank the ghosts scared her. She realizes that it was Hank who was calling her name. He was coming after her and she asks him if he is trying to kill her...!
